This pizza hut has gone down hill. Sad sad deal. Marinara for the bread sticks was super thick, looked and tasted like straight tomato paste. The whole center of one pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce (barely any sauce on the entire thing) like the crust had gotten a bubble while cooking and nothing was done to try to make it look presentable, or to replace the cheese that was no longer there. Not pleased with this order at all and will probably be a long while before I ever order from here again.

Order was at a minimum of 22 minutes late. One pizza was torn, and not cut. I stood in the restaurant for 22+ minutes, waiting for an order that was wayyy past due. Then stood and observed the crew. Then was offered a pizza that was subpar, and only accepted because my schedule didn’t allow me to stand around for another 22+ minutes. Seriously disappointed. Will never order from the Newcastle location again.

This restaurant is a JOKE. They allowed me to place an online order and when I arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was closed. 3 days later my bank account was charged over $50 for food I never even received. Now nearly a month later no one wants to help me get MY money back. Complete joke.

The pizza tasted just how you would expect from any other Pizza Hut. However, I got two medium one-topping pizzas (one pan and one thin crust) and the total was $32. More than expected, to say the least. It’s just a heads up for those that might be easily turned away by price.
