I did the drive thru window Sunday 2/26 and I’m still talking about the wonderful awesome customer service I received that day. I let the young lady know in this day and time it is hard to find good customer service in the food industry and i just wanted her to know she was doing AWESOME. If the manager is reading this she or he needs to keep the young lady she is great. Oh and yes the food was hot and fresh everything was delicious. Keep up the good work!!!!

So i went to this hartz chicken place and the door said it opens up at 10:30. So me and my family got there around 10:35 and some Asian or Spanish guy with long black curly hair would not let us in to sit down. So we waited outside in the hot sun and heat another 15 minutes just to go inside to get food there. So he finally let us sit down and eat and the food was so nasty and sloppy and wasn’t cooked right. I will never take my family there again it was a very embarrassing and disgusting to see place. Please beware of this place. So when I got home I tried to give my dog the leftovers from there and the dam dog wouldn’t eat it.
