If I could give this a 0 star I would! Absolutely horrible customer service and trash food. My food was stale and bland and they offered no help and didn’t take responsibility. They will NEVER get my business again.

This place is terrible, as a traveling man this is the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had. It’s loaded with msg that leaves a nasty taste in your mouth and makes the food bland. And for 10 bucks they don’t really give you much. Also beware of the ccp.

I used to love eating here, but my last 2 experiences have been terrible. The time before last, I came on my lunch break, which is 10-11. I showed Up at 10:15 and they told me that they wasn’t ready yet. I sat down at the table in front of them and waited Another 30 minutes with the lady just standing there looking at me. After another 10 minutes, a girl walked up to them and ordered some food. I was Frustrated because i was There for almost all my lunch break, waiting, and wasn’t notified that they were ready. My last experience was yesterday, I showed up to get food around 12 and I got myself a 2 entree plate with sesame and honey chicken with noodles. When eating the food it tasted like it had been sitting out awhile, but I assumed it was my taste buds being thrown off from my last sickness. After that, I started to feel nauseous and stomach felt funny. Around 7 is feel I realized that I had food poisoning because I started to vomit and had bad diarrhea constantly from 7 pm to 4 am. I was finally able to go to sleep and see the doctor in the morning. I’m sad that I won’t be eating there anymore because I used to eat there faithfully, but the thought of their food makes my stomach turn now

This is my first time here and My experience was very bad. I got my food and I didn’t like it. It was sloggy, mushy and all and all in-edible and they told me they would not give me another option to eat or give me a refund. I was arguing with her for 20 minutes just to receive a small portion of food when she finally gave me what I wanted. In conclusion, the customer service was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

The ladies working there are always friendly and willing to help. Free samples and enormous portions. The 3 item Togo plate is enough for two or a guaranteed leftover meal for tomorrow. Recommend the Bourbon chicken and ask for them to put some Bourbon sauce on your friend rice. So good!

The food is not fresh! I took my plate back to them and tried to explain to them that it was cold and not fresh. They disagreed with my complaint and refuse to give me a refund. I asked for the manager number and they gave me a fake number. The customer service is just as horrible as the food.
