Clearly no quality check on this order. Delivery guy said there was nothing he could do “I just deliver them” so I had to drive them back up to the store and the guy had no problems refunding my money. Obviously he didn’t care, never apologized or anything. Chicken was cold and cheese not melted. Extravanza was barely a pizza much less extravagant. What happened to my cheese on the thin crust! Dominos has some explaining to do. What a complete waste of time and effort. Will NEVER order from this location and will be a while before I order from Dominos again.

Ordered Pan Pizza with 2 toppings for $8.49 each and it’s ready now in no time . Collected the pizza little late and it’s still hot and drove to home . Pan pizza which I ate from other store are different size but here it’s different too. But we liked the size and taste and enjoyed it . No complaints.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE & GM MANAGER HEATHER. We recently placed an order online and mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza. After calling the store to try and get the correct order we were given the worst level of customer service by Heather who said she’s the GM & stated that they only make them as they come, which is fine and I understand. What I am mortified and disgusted w/ is the fact that she hung up on me after I asked if she can make the correct pizza we wanted and we return the one we did not want and pay the difference. She’s rude and does not care about the customers who pay her hourly wage. Sadly THIS Domino’s location has such an employee who is refusing to utilize any sense of customer service to help rectify any situation regarding her job. Happily I won’t be patronizing them ever again and although you will out of convenience, just know that their customer service is heavily lacking, and the pizza wasn’t as good as Pizza Hut or Papa John’s so consider them instead.

This place has gotten so bad, it’s a wastage of time even writing about it. Second time in a row where I had to wait for 10 minutes at the carry out window. The pizza was cold, stale, spinach was dry looked like 1 yr old. Can’t believe how ridiculous this place has gotten.

We just ordered two pizzas at 7:56 and I had the delivery driver in our hotel at 8:08. It’s correct, hot, and holy cow was it fast. Great job.

The manager Heather claims that their drivers know what they’re doing, and yet they gave my food to the wrong apartment and won’t admit that their driver messed up. I was refused a refund for their mistake. They do not value good customer service at this place.

This was the worse service. The driver brought me cold pizza ad then I had to walk down the steps with a messed up ankle to get it. I’m so mad. I paid for it and gave a tip because I know God will bless me. I need y’all to get it together. Then no extra cheese. Dang it. Man cold pizza!!! Wow $34 for some cold pizza. I’m definitely staying with Pizza Hut.
