it was a mess in the restaurant when I came in. Grease on tables and trash all over the floors in the cooking area and up front. The guy that took my order didn’t even act like he wanted to be there and didn’t even great me. I even asked him how he was doing an just looked at me. Didn’t even talk loud enough for me to hear what he said. May need to get a manager or something to look into it. Took 30 min to get my 24 pack of Krystal burgers. Did send corporate an email about this too. Maybe next time I come it will be better and I’ll change my review.

Worst Krystal ever. Every time we come through they are extremely slow. Today we sat in the drive thru for over 5 minutes being the only person in line. We proceeded to the window in case the speaker was broke and sat there another 5 mins with nobody taking our order and no customer line inside. A worker would reach around the corner every few seconds to check her cell phone and that was it. Customers and workers were sitting down inside eating and visiting but workers wouldn’t take orders or answer the company phone. Place is also very run down. Holes in Krystal banner at window and on drive thru menu.

Laziest two people I’ve ever seen in my life. Took 45 mins to get our food while we sat and watched them play on their phones. Whole order was wrong of course. If it’s two young males working might as well pack it up and go on somewhere else absolute waste of time. Hope Krystal ain’t paying more than $8 an hour.

I don’t go to this Krystal very often because it’s far from me, but when I do, I’m always pleasantly surprised at the staff. Even though it’s fast food they are always very nice. The food was a bit of a wait this time, but that’s fine. Need to slow down anyway. : )

I had heard horror stories about this place but there was no one else in line, so I thought “how bad could they screw this up”. Order a classic #1, four regular Krystals with NO mustard. When I got home I had 3 tiny bacon and mustard sandwiches. Again.. only person in line.

This is the worst Krystal I’ve ever been to in my life. We asked and paid for 4 chicks and 4 Krystal burgers. They only gave us 3 of each. The burgers were OLD. As in, they had burnt orange, hard crust on them and no toppings. The bread was stale as ever. Employees were rude and acted as if they hated their jobs. I don’t call many places horrible because I understand being short staffed, but this place was AWFUL. And to top it off, they weren’t even busy. Management needs to do something different.

sometimes it takes a couple of minutes, when short staffed, but the people are friendly, and food is served hot. I stop in on road trips. Krystal cheeseburgers are one of the few places my grandbabies and I can agree on. It’s a favorite of ours.
