This Pizza is so bad. This is the second time we have tried to eat here and again stale chewy barely warm Pizza that taste like its from yesterday. The thin crust is literally like cardboard you can have trouble to even chew it. We have much better pizza with premade from Grocery store and cook our self. This will most likely be our last time as the price of pizza has gotten out of hand considering what you get.

We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 orders of wings, and breadsticks for friends and family tonight and were ready to enjoy the night and meal, Needless to say we all started eating our food, except the host…she sat down eat and took a bite of a breadstick and felt a unfamiliar texture in her mouth…After some investigation she realized that there was multiple hairs attached to the breadstick….she had just taken a bite of!!! Immediately we got our receipt and called the local store, to inform them of what happened and only was greeted with rude attitude, complete ignorance and disrespect, not an ounce of customer service from their so called “manager” named Zach Ice, If that’s even his real name, rather than try to eradicate the situation he argued and offered no help! Do not eat at this establishment and less you want furry food! We are contacting corporate in the morning!!!

This Pizza hut is usually good, but ive noticed once they get busy the quality falls off. My pizza was made so poorly that most of it went into the trash. Most of pizza didnt have cheese or toppings. The fact that it was boxed up anyway like this, knowing the standard, means i will not be patronizing them for a while.

So someone actually took their time and cut these burnt pizzas, put them in a box and sent me home with these. I called them and I got credit for less then what I paid for the pizza. It’s unbelievable but true

I work in a restaurant, so I know how it is getting orders late at night. I also understand that some people can’t help it, some people work late and they’re not able to get in when it’s convenient for all the employees. Although, I ordered food last night for my mother who hasn’t eaten in days because she’s been sick, and received an email that I would get the pizza kind of late which was completely understandable. I ordered it at 10:30 and they closed at 11 and I said the pizza would be at my house by 11:30, I waited until almost one in the morning to figure out that I guess they just ignored my order completely. I’ve tried calling the store, they ignore my call and they won’t get back to me, I reached out to corporate they are refusing to help me and I still have yet to get a refund in my bank . That will be the very last time I order any kind of pizza or do anything through Pizza Hut. Very rude and shady

The Pizza Hut in Lake Wylie has stepped up! They delivered a HOT pizza and they beat the time it was estimated to arrive. Tired of waiting extra time for other deliveries. The Boneless wings sauce was better than expected, will definitely be ordering them again! Thanks for making the effort to do better!

The food was okay. We got the big dinner box with two medium square pizzas, wings, and cheesesticks. I felt like the dough was really undercooked and almost as if it was raw dough. I usually really like pizza hut, but that was kind of a bummer. All the other food was great. I also have one other small complaint, they can’t take 100$ bills. When you have an order that’s over 60$ and you only bring a large bill it was really inconvenient. I’ve visited many pizza huts and I am just slightly disappointed.
