Poor service. Out of product, was never informed until after payment. When asking about other blizzard flavors after, the kid at the window could only name 1 flavor! Also found peanuts in NON-peanut butter blizzards. Could be a major health risk for allergies! Will not be back.

The absolute worst ….the older lady needs to go she has zero manners, and young kids are brainless, over-filled my blizzard and didn’t not give me a “to go” lid, and it’s 85° outside, by the time I got home I had ice cream all over my clothes, truck, and floors…it wasn’t even ice cream, more like vanilla soup

I was just verbally berated by an older lady who’s “worked here for 3 years” because she said they don’t open at 10. She told me she just had this fight last week with another woman. She threatened to refuse service. After showing her the address on google to verify the location, she still continued to go off at me and tell me the address is wrong (10201 main st, new Middletown) and tell me again she could refuse to serve me. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially with my toddler watching from their car seat.

Service was slow, waited 5 minutes for the older woman working there to come from the back, phone in hand, and she wouldn’t put her phone down long enough to help the young man working there fill orders. Or even wait on customers. She was very rude when I told her how long I and another woman behind me had been waiting while she was messing around on her phone. She dumped all the work on the young man there except for cooking my food I ordered. As soon as my food was finished, she took out her phone and disappeared in the back again, leaving the young man to do all the work once again.

Really wish I was able to go in the restaurant. Your Mic system in the drive thru must be busted or something because on multiple occasions I’ve received the wrong order. It’s definitely not your employees fault, but please tell them to confirm after every order because the past few times I went, only one did and he obviously had trouble hearing us and wanted to make sure he got the order right (good on him!).
