Struggled with how many stars to give this restaurant. The food was good, after finally getting it. The restaurant did not seem that clean. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. Talking among themselves while waiting on customers. The wait for the food was longer than it should have been.

Waited 10 minutes at the curb for my food before going in. I asked how much longer and the manager said she didn’t know and asked if I wanted my money back. I said I guess so but told her she would loose business with poor service and she said it wasn’t her business. I spent a little over $29. and only got $24 back. Should have counted it. Worst experience at a fast food place! Drove a few miles to the one on Glenburnie. All went well as you would expect. So sad for the owner!

Looks dirty once your inside, staff is only going through the motions and those aren’t even good! Kitchen that you can see from counter doesn’t look exactly up to standards either! Second time I’ve tried this Burger King and BOTH times same experience…. WON’T BE BACK. Clean up your act Burger King and get some management that actually cares!! What a shame!! However the Burger King on Glen Burnie Rd the other side of New Bern is ALWAYS on point from the management to the employees to the food!! It shows that they care and have been trained properly in all aspects.

Sick of the attitudes from staff! This place is always full of diffrent workers and none care at all about service or work. Wait times are excessive quailty of food poor and rudeness and disrespect from staff. Fire the managers they obviously can’t pick good employees or train them. And maybe start with some basic manners.

FOOD: POOR. Shakes taste like dehydrated or canned milk; terrible taste. Also, not a shake; it’s just frozen ice milk. Weak, tasteless chocolate flavoring. Not even close to McDonald’s chocolate shake or Wendy’s frosty. Whopper Junior had no grill flavor, not seasoned; not sauced enough. Bun is wrong, different somehow, light and no substance. SERVICE: FAIR. Not very fast. Our 3 very small orders took 10 minutes in between 4 others ordering after us. Had to ask for everything: ketchup, salt, spoon (since “shake” was thick); no condiments or plastic utensils are set out for you to grab and nothing is offered (may I get you…?) and it seemed like, “Oh great another interruption!” We hopped on our flight feeling unsatisfied. Don’t recommend; go to the Taco Bell or chicken place next door.

I pine for the days for fast food to taste like it did in my youth. Either poorer quality or change in taste buds, I am nine times out of ten disappointed. Food gets two stars from me but my kids keep wanting to go back so three it is even though they rarely eat it all.

Two bites in and I can’t find the meat in this Whopper Jr. Jr is definately the word. And my Dr Pepper drink tastes just like sweet tea, wanted to throw up. Fries were good. Staff definately not friendly.
