Very nice location . Enjoy the atmosphere the food could have larger portions the bartenders are excellent. The no cover charge is what people like. If that changes this will change things when there is a charge involved. That will change things for sure.

No hostess! No waitress! Waited 15mis & couldn’t even order drinks, so I left and went to another soul food location. I don’t think their ready for customers, big groups or hungry Patons. Never got to eat, just left. It’s so hard supporting black own business when they don’t exceed our expectations & expect us to just understand cause we’re bruthas n sistas

*This restaurant & bar recently opened for business at the time of this post* I dined here with friends on a Friday during Happy Hour. Very simple menu, great prices, solid food and friendly staff. Business just opened and they are still finding their groove. Only point of concern: I noticed that no one was served water. I asked for water and was given a styrofoam cup and a bottle of water and was charged $2 for the water. I’m not sure if my waitress thought I wanted bottled water, but I was fine with just regular tap water and ice in a glass. Please make sure patrons are given the choice between tap or bottled water. Most restaurants & bars give water while waiting for food and drinks to arrive. I know that may not be customary when seated at the bar, but I was seated at the table. Also, please be sure to have the caddy that has the cutlery, ketchup and napkins already at the table just for the convenience of the waitstaff so that’s one less thing they have to run around to do. Again, just small suggestions to consider as business continues to grow!
