We recently dined at The Regular, a beautiful new restaurant in LODO. The food is amazing, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The menu offers a delightful variety of options for different tastes and dietary preferences. The warm hospitality sets The Regular apart, with genuine smiles and attentive service, everyone goes above and beyond. The cozy ambiance, tasteful decor, and comfortable seating create a perfect setting for a romantic evening. Overall, I highly recommend The Regular for its fantastic food, warm hospitality, and inviting atmosphere. It’s set to be our favorite new spot for date nights.

Thoroughly impressed with our experience at The Regular. Hands down, some of the best cocktails we’ve EVER had in Denver thus far—any of the four listed in the photos I would highly recommend! The food, overall, was delicious and well-plated. Most definitely a tasting menu (portion-wise) and pricey, so I’d suggest it for a special occasion like a date night or celebration. Our favorites were the salmon tiradito, steak tartare, and salmon chilcano (though I thought it could’ve been saltier). Their desserts seemed creative, but we went with the restaurant’s signature “The Sphere” (basically a spherical tiramisu). All in all, we’ll be coming back here 100% for these cocktails!

Atmosphere, staff, and food all exquisite. If you ever been to Miranda‘s in Las Vegas, this place has a very similar vibe. Art Deco, absolute five star service and attention to detail. Their ice cream Tonka bean with caramel and caviar is an absolute must.

Undoubtedly, The Regular has rapidly ascended to the top of my list (number 1) for dining destinations in Denver. As a former resident of New York’s bustling West Village, my palate was instantly captivated by the restaurant’s adroitly crafted cocktails and appetizing starters. In fact, the cocktails evoked memories of the exquisite creations at Mandarin Oriental in Columbus Circle and Perry St in the West Village – no small feat, I assure you. And the allure didn’t cease at the beverages and appetizers; each main course managed to surpass even my loftiest expectations.

This place is going to give the Larimer block a run for it’s money once the word gets out. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had downtown this year, their menu isn’t huge but I was blown away at the attention to detail coming out of the kitchen. Excited to go back as I don’t think you can miss on this menu.

Incredible new spot. Food was so unique and so delicious. Service was on point, and the cocktails couldn’t have been better. Wine list is also unique but well thought out. Lots of attention to detail with so much intention in design, decor, dish and glassware, among other things. So glad this is only a block away from our condo, we’ll be regulars at The Regular for sure!!! Highly recommend!!!
