We go way out of our way to come to the Swansea location because they can cook a burger. Today we came in and this dude Alex greeted us with such a badass greeting I had to ask his name. Talk about someone with customer service skills. Amen! Can you hire an Alex at all your locations? I’m not asking for a friend I’m being serious. You should have a class on customer service and let him teach it!

The service was good, and the place was clean. Their burgers are made fresh everyday the fries are cut as well. The burger I had was juicy and the fries were hot and delicious. They have limited soda options and they also have shakes.
