I decided to buy lunch for some of my associates tonight. I put in the order online around 9:15 for 10:30 pick up. When I arrived i went in to pay for the order and the cashier asked the associates where my order was and they said the last pizza was going in (I only ordered four 1-2 top pizzas btw). After waiting about 15 minutes I went back to the door and the associate came to me with a pizza and an order of pasta. I explained to him that was not my order. He then told me that another young lady came and picked up my order. I then reminded him that his coworker specifically asked about my order and he told her my LAST pizza was going in. I’m just now coming up for my pizzas that I was told were not ready yet. He then asked me what I wanted him to do. At this point it is 13 minutes before my associates are to clock out for lunch (10:45p) so I would like them to give me the order I paid for because I didn’t have the time to make another order online from somewhere else. The associate then closed the door to remake my order. Once I received my order (30 minutes later) i inquired about a refund or credit for the inconvenience. I was told by Joshua I either get the pizza or a get a refund! Although they never had my order ready when it was supposed to from the beginning. I also suggested they confirm orders before giving them out and I was told by Joshua that “we’ve never confirmed orders” to which I responded “and look at what inconvenience it caused for not only me but my associates!”. My associates went to lunch at 11 o’clock and I did not get the order until 11:12pm. I did not make it back to work until 11:20. That means they spent 20 minutes of their UNPAID lunch break waiting for food that they earned! I don’t appreciate the service. I don’t appreciate the lack of empathy. Not only am I making a review…I WILL be contacting corporate.

The pizza here has always taste good. I’ve had only two issues here that was fixed immediately upon my request. Yet when a worker name Nicole started working at this location their service has went up even higher. My pizza is always hot now and perfect!!! Just the way I want it. She was the perfect employee to complete this team and make them excellent in their preformance to satisfy their costumers.

Man, dude that delivered my pizza around 11:20PM was absolutely the best. Called before arriving letting me know he would be there shortly. Very professional and transparent over the phone. I recommend this gentleman get some extra PTO days or a promotion or something. Mans is out here doing God’s work and I appreciate the homie.
