It was by far, the worst fast food I have ever had. Who owns this place?- Do you know how bad it is??? I don’t set the bar too high, but didn’t expect the low, low standards of food and service. Past the point of not caring. Served us the wrong burgers that were soaked in so much grease, it was dripping through the foil wrappers before we opened them. Cold fries. I don’t like overdone bacon, but the bacon was so undone to the point it looked unsafe to eat. Uncovering all of this was bad, but what made it worse was the loud volume music and two staff members behind the counter yelling at each other for burning cheese curds. “WHY’D D’YOU BURN THE CHEESE CURDS!!!!” “THEY ARE’NT FRIGGIN’ BURNT!” Cheese Curd Burner was yelling at the Accuse-ee to stop singing along with the music. Accuse-ee retorted back with a loud “Shut Up!” The arguing continued on and on.

One of the worst fast food experience I’ve had. We walked into a smokey restaurant with flies flying all over (that should have been our sign to go elsewhere). My wife and I ordered and got a chicken strip basket and cheeseburger combo and it was over $28. The combination of the food being way overpriced and the terrible atmosphere made it a never to go back restaurant. Avoid if you can.

I have no clue how this place has 4 stars! Went in and literally every table was dirty and food all over the floor. Flys landing on us as we ate! I watched employees literally walk over the food in dining area smushing into floor and not cleaning anything. I asked for manager and a greasy guy with beard, dressed filthy came out. As I explained the my concerns he said it was out of his control and I would just have to deal with it!

No ice cream was available. Got out food in less than 1 minute which tells me it wasn’t fresh. My friends burger was cold. Prices are way too expensive. Over $14 for a 3 piece chicken strip meal. Unacceptable considering you can go down the street and get the same meal for less than half the cost. No wonder there wasn’t anybody in the parking lot and the other place was packed.

We questioned being overcharged and the employee was quite curt. I told her we had the same items last week at a nearby town ($10 difference) and was rudely told that they charge more than the other town. This A&W is insanely expensive. We have never encountered poor service here before. We are locals but we won’t come back. Fries were hot and burgers were very good….sadly your service and prices are not.

Took an hour to get our food. Yes they were busy but they weren’t understaffed just slow enough you could have set up stakes to track their movement. Wouldn’t recommend stopping unless you have a lot of free time with nothing else to do.

The food was great but I wonder if their exhaust fan was not working it seemed very Smokey in the restaurant. But otherwise the food was good and as always the A&W Root beer was wonderful. Restaurant was clean.

Visited between 11a and 12p May 5th and an adult woman employee standing in the kitchen yelled and swore (including F word) for multiple sentences across the restaurant at a young employee who was in the seating area. Food was okay, but we were appalled by the way this employee spoke – I can’t imagine how she acts when there aren’t customers in the restaurant.

Took 15 min to order two rootbeer floats. Had to stand and swat half a dozen flies off of myself while waiting. Tables covered in flies. Floats were ok enough.
