This restaurant is absolutely amazing. The staff here are some really nice people, they treat you like family not a customer. The Food is some of the best. If you are looking for FRESH food that tastes GREAT you are at the right place. This is one of the few restaurants that I go into and try something new every time, and I am never disappointed! Tonight I had chicken stirfry with mixed vegetables with Thai tea to drink. The Thai tea is deliciously sweet!

Easy to see why Siam Bistro was voted a Best of Bradenton People’s Choice winner. Started with the cold Thai Tea which has a deep creamy flavor. Ordered the lunch Massaman Curry with scallops. I was surprised to be served a vegetable soup and egg roll. I consider the homework of a good Thai restaurant to be fresh vegetables and was not disappointed here. The soup was light and fresh. The eggroll was hot, excellently crispy with a sweet dipping sauce. The curry scallops were tender accompanied by large, tender vegetables with a velvety sauce. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

After eating lunch here for 3 days in a row, I figured it was time to leave a review. I had a different dish each day and was extremely happy with each one. The Garlic Stir Fry, Pad Thai, and Yellow Curry were all amazing. I asked for 2 of the 3 meals to be hot instead of medium and it wasn’t too spicy for me, but you could definitely tell the heat was there. It’s more of a slow burn than a sudden fire in your mouth. Before each meal, I was served a different bowl of soup with a small spring roll and some sauce. Every soup was delicious and the spring roll was consistently fresh and crispy. I’ve had a lot of spring rolls that have tasted freezer burnt or old, but I don’t expect I’ll ever have a bad one from here.

Everything was amazing here. Went tonight with my cousin and the food was wonderful. Servings were big and very flavorful. Service was good. They were pretty busy with take out orders and orders in the restaurant. The crispy duck was the best duck I’ve ever had and I will definitely be getting it again. Can’t wait for the monthly specials to start up. This place is a must try for Thai.

My first time coming to Siam Thai will definitely not be the last. Their lunch specials include an eggroll and a cup of soup (of the day) but I substituted for the tom yum soup. Very easy to sub in tofu for many items on the menu, a vegetarian’s delight! I had never tried pineapple curry yet – this one was fantastic, with plenty of other veggies and protein accompanying it. There was enough curry for me to take it home and enjoy a second meal. Very pleased overall!

My wife and have had two excellent dinners from Siam Thai – as good as of any of the wonderful meals we’ve eaten in Thailand. We particularly liked the fresh Vegetable Rolls and Massaman Chicken Curry. Don’t be put off by the location in an old Winn Dixie shopping center, this food is GREAT. A restaurant like this in Manhattan would have people lining up for a table.

First time customer and I will return. Great food and I love the fact that they warn customers about spice level. I got medium Pad Thai and extremely delicious. I think hot next time. I highly recommend and I am very picky. Ok, so I edited my review from last night. It was so good last night, I ordered again tonight. I got the hot Pad Thai tonight and incredible. This place serves up wonderful food. Just give it one try and you will be hooked.

Just left this little gem of a restaurant. The rather unassuming plaza belies what may be one of the best Thai restaurants in the area. The service was warm, friendly and professional. The restaurant itself was immaculate. The Food? While I’m no connoisseur, I have had the opportunity to experience Thai food from San Diego to Florida. I can’t recall experiencing Thai this good anywhere. There was an obviousness to the freshness of the ingredients, the thought that went into the prepping and cooking and if that wasn’t enough to impress – it was served piping hot and presented in a photo worthy fashion. The folks that own and run this restaurant are exemplary. This is exactly how a locally owned business should operate. Can’t wait to return and start working our way through the entire menu. Bravo!
