This place is amazing!! The food smells fresh and clean! Is beautiful! So cool to watch! The young lady that helped us was so friendly and helpful, as it was our first time. We had samplers, appetizers, and shared two dishes to get a feel for different dishes. Was NOT disappointed at all! From the soup to the sushi and back to the sashimi , everything was wonderful! We will be back for sure!

I visited here on a Thursday at 6pm, I was seated right away with 4 of my friends…this place was crowded by 730pm when I left, they do accept reservations, they have a bar, t.v’s throughout the restaurant playing sports so my husband loved that. Our young server was great, nice, and friendly, took our order and checked on our table periodically, and refilled our drinks. The sushi was really delicious, they have a lot to choose from, what I especially liked is they offer regular dinner options for people who don’t like sushi… like teriyaki with rice and noodles, etc. the prices here are moderate, better than other sushi places I’ve been to in the desert. I will come back.

We really enjoyed our experience here! The food was amazing, all the staff was great and attentive but not overly so, and the big menu was a definite plus. Everything seemed very fresh, we had a variety of rolls and our favorite was the Samurai, so spicy but so good. Their oyster shooters were a highlight in my opinion. It was clean and not too loud, great atmosphere.

Service was good, food on the other hand was 50/50. I also found it odd that they weren’t running the AC on a warm Saturday afternoon. The chicken teriyaki was dry and overcooked. The teriyaki sauce needs work as well. I liked that the miso soup wasn’t as salty as other places. I always order a chirashi bowl when I try a sushi place for the first time. It includes a variety of a restaurant’s raw offerings in one dish. I was impressed with quantity included but disappointed in the quality. The tamago was bland, the ikura and squid didn’t taste fresh at all. FYI, their chirashi bowl does include sushi rice at the bottom. I didn’t know or notice before ordering some (additional $5). Not sure if what I was served was their normal quality, but I wouldn’t rule them out after just one visit. They have tons seating, inside and outside including at the sushi bar. Lots of TVs all around to enjoy your favorite sporting events and a bar with a decent list of alcoholic drinks.

They just recently got a sign on their store, so we didn’t know they had been there for 6 months. Very clean, nice atmosphere, and food was great. Had their yummy baby squid appetizer. Had the bento box for dinner, but that was because I tend to order too much sushi and sashimi. Husband is a vegan, they were able to guide him in what he could have. We sat near the sushi bar, so we could see how carefully everything was prepared. It is great to have such a nice place in north Indio (near the Home Depot). We will be back and will become regulars.

When coming in, the place is a little hidden since it’s in a corner. However, one can use the sound of live music guide you towards great sushi. On weekend evenings, they have live music on the outdoor patio. I have yet to go there but it can be clearly heard from inside. It looks like thay area gets very busy. Despite how busy it was when we went, the service was excellent. We were very well attended and our server was hilarious. The food was great as was their regular iced tea. I wanted to order a drink but they were all out of the ingredients for it. The only thing I didn’t love was the Spicy Chicken Ramen soup. The broth was too bland for my taste or maybe I was just expecting something more spicy. I love their spicy tuna anything. It’s very good and has the right amount of spice.
