I was so surprised that the panda still got so many customers at 2:00 pm, and the food are fresh as rush hours. I mentioned the employees took turns to take their lunch and rest of them served nicely as usual, the lobby was clean, trash bin dumped, over all was perfect.

This is the best Panda Express I’ve ever been to, what an amazing staff and food, with quick drive through service. My order was taken by a guy with an amazing voice in the drive thru. When I got to the drive thru window the Charming man with the nice voice was there to greet me, (a handsome devil I might add) and we apparently shared the same names (Erick) which I found pretty interesting. Definitely will return, that Erick guy deserves a raise, excellent service!!!

I went through the drive-through and it’s pretty normal for them to say that something has to be cooked a little bit longer and that’s fine. The girl at the window said it would take about 2 to 3 minutes for the fried rice to be done and just park by the doors and we will bring it out to you. I said OK I parked, and patiently waited until I realized, I’ve been waiting a little too long. I pulled out my receipt and it was 20 minutes since the time that I bought it. I knew they were not gonna come out so I had to go inside to ask him where my food was and it was just sitting on the counter going cold. The food was in fact cold and I was not pleased with my visit.

You need to take care of your customers that are standing in front of you in your restaurant. After standing at the counter for over 10 minutes and watching the last of the dish I wanted being scooped up I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes until they had that dish ready. And it wasn’t for a lack of staffing because their were about 10 employees behind the counter. : (

We ordered a family meal through drive through and one of our entrées (honey walnut) was only half full. When we got home we called and asked for explanation only to be spoken to rudely and hung up on. The lady we spoke with was condescending, apathetic and expressed no desire to reach a solution. One of the WORST customer experiences. If you check out their other customer ratings, it appears as if it is a trend. Will not be going back and will let our HOA community know not to go there either.

Went to the restaurant, ordered black angus steak. Paid $1.50 extra. I only got one pcs of beef, the rest of them were mushrooms and veggie. I am not exaggerating, only one pc. Fried rice was uncooked as well. They are very skimpy in portion. Understand that all material’s price go up, but I also paid full price. I used to like panda a lot but with the amount of food they have given, mediocre quality and taste, and not so cheap in pricing, I would rather go to any other authentic chinese restaurants which give a way more portion and better taste.

Worst panda express ever. 2nd time ordering with ubereats and both times they have failed. Incorrect and inadequate portion. They’re incredibly stingy. This Iis $16 worth of food and supposed to have 3 meats. I will NEVER again.
