I always got decent service here and fresh food. The drive-thru always moves relatively quick also. The only downfall is at the place looks like it’s abandoned or falling apart from the street. However, the last time I went I got to fish sandwich with cheese and tartar sauce it didn’t have any cheese and it looked like one drop of tartar sauce also I don’t know what happened to the jamocha shakes.

We went through the drive-thru and the girl was super friendly, was a nice change of pace for fast food. The only thing that happened was we had asked for ketchup and Arby’s sauce and got Arby’s sauce and horseradish sauce so had to go back in for ketchup. Other than that everything was great!

Ordered by drive-thru. Food was excellent and the young African American guy was super cool and friendly. I wish all fast food service was as high a level as this Arby’s. The exterior is a bit older but unless you’re some spoiled uptown westerville type, who really cares? I’m not going to eat the building.

The workers are incompetent and clearly care little about client service. I witnessed drive-through sandwiches being thrown around. Our order waited under the lights while we stood there waiting as three workers debated something. When they noticed we were still standing there, one of them tossed our order on a tray and, instead of immediately handing it to me, proceeded to continue in the conversation they were having for another minute. So our sandwiches were cold and relatively tasteless. Too bad Chic-fil-a closes on Sunday.

The overall service from the young lady who made our food to the friendliness of the staff were why I gave 4 stars. There is a huge cleaning opportunity from the dining room, windows, tables were not completely wiped,floors, etc. I felt some ease once I seen the food maker put on gloves. Haha. Service 5 stars, cleanliness gets a half of one star.

The roast beef with cheddar cheese was very good no complaints, really don’t have too many complaints at all here other than I ordered no tomatoes on my chicken sandwich and off to the side and as you can see they sent me tomatoes off to the side . The chicken was dry and hard around the edges and the cheese look dried out as well. So I wasn’t too happy with that but the service was very good very polite so I would try it again just make it known more that I prefer no tomatoes please

So this trip ended poorly. They have “downsized” their fries and drinks. My large fry is almost exactly the same size as a medium. My “large” lemonade was the smallest cup I’ve ever gotten there. Not worth the cost anymore!

Very dirty location! Trays not washed. Tables dirty. Drink machine was messy and out of lemonade and ice. Most everything we asked for was out. No ice in the entire restaurant. Shake machine down. Employees were visibly unsanitary (covered in animal hair, dandruff) and outside smoking more than working.
