Love their pizza. Much better than Dominoes, Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. Just wish there was one closer to where I live. Toppings were great and plentiful. It was lunchtime but it only took 14 minutes from ordering to receiving. Would definitely recommend and will be going back very soon.

We went to Mellow Mushroom for lunch today and it was amazing! The slices of pizza were HUGE and the quality of the food was outstanding. Also, don’t forget about dessert because their cookies were so good!

We came here for lunch around 3:30. I ordered a small house pizza but asked them to substitute tempeh for the meat, use vegan cheese, and leave the butter and parmesan off the crust (something the MLK location does for me often with no problems). The waitress came back after quite some time, apologized for the wait, and said the cooks had “just come back” (from where I don’t know) and were having to catch up on a lot of orders. When our order finally came out, the waitress apologized and said they had put meat on my pizza and would have to remake it. By the time I finally got my pizza, we had already been there about two hours; so, I asked for a to go box and took it home. Once I started eating it on the way home, I realized it had butter and parmesan on the crust. All this and they didn’t even give us any discount whatsoever. In hindsight, we should’ve gone to the MLK location instead.

Oh boy. This was a staple for our family for years and it has consistently been bad service that has now become terrible service. I don’t know if they want to go out of business or if they are going out of business but the crowds are minimal and the service is non-existent.

I’m catching up on reviews. I was at this location for dinner on Saturday, 03-26-22 with a group. I ordered the Merry Prankster. It was pretty good. I was 1 of the few who had an order without issues. Though we expected to wait because of the number in our party, the restaurant appeared to be understaffed. When someone told our server that their order wasn’t right, he told them that the cook didn’t know how to make what they asked for.

Really easy to get to for someone that doesn’t live in Charlotte or drive too often in heavy traffic. The bus was very cool and unique seating. Waitress was attentive. Alcohol took a lil while to make it to us but I think it was just one of those days late truck or something. People next to us had a bunch of kids and flipped the entire table lol…bus boy stayed composed cleaned it up quick fast. Top to bottom a good experience.

It has a great, for lack of a better word, “vibe” to it, the food is great and it’s not just pizza. Most of its locations are very convenient and is my go-to place for after parties or get togethers. The workers are very kind, and it’s just an all-around good time.
