Jet’s pizza is the best pizza in Raleigh, hands down. I don’t think any place in the area could even hold a candle to their food! Get yourself a large deep dish pizza once and you will not even think about any other pizza chain again 🙂

The girl at the front counter with the ponytail should not be permitted to serve customers. I am not discriminating against those who have Down Syndrome but her competence level is at ZERO and due to her condition, you will have to repeat yourself several times and at the end of it all, she will still screw something up. She literally drooled on my credit card which is not very sanitary! Who knows what she is doing with the food as I also saw her prepping the pizzas with her bare hands, then returning to the register as though nothing happened. This place should be shut down until this issue is addressed. Looks like there are also other reviews regarding the same girl at the front register. Management should do something! This is insane.If you think this pizza is yummy, you’re lacking taste buds and probably just as disgusting as the folks who allow this disgrace to continue. I would NOT recommend.

Where to start? Ohhhhhh… the counter girl. It was our first time ordering there. The menu monitors were off and we weren’t given a regular menu. When I asked her how pizzas came she said “well when you know what you want then let me know” and turned around walked away from the counter.

Love the pizza. Hate that you can’t call and talk to anyone. They want to force you to text them your order (which is answered/processed by a NLP computer program), but it asks for your 4 digit pin. Seriously, my bank card 4 digit pin? Or some other 4 digit pin specific to this Jets ? Who the hell knows?

Store hours never reflect accurately. One Friday they’re open until 10 next they close at 9. Pizza is avg at best and we used to love Jets pizza, but this location has ruined it for us.

I ordered 2 orders of the 2 slice special & 2 Italian boats… The pizza was definetly old & had been sitting… I called ASAP to speak to a manager & told him about my order …I mentioned I wanted to speak to a manager the person on the phone answered to it.. Until I told him about my order well what would you like me to do.. He did offer to make another order but I declined… It was for me & my Co workers lunch & her first time having jets.. I told her it was soo good.. Well the other location was.. Anyway he said the manager will be in at 3 & will call and make it right basically… Well no call ever came… Funny thing is I tipped for a pick up order I usually don’t.. Because I do understand that a lot of workers are over worked & under paid.. But on the other hand I work hard for my money & would like fresh food… I’m not even gonna talk about the Italian boat… Should call that a veggies boat the meat doesn’t exist… Hungry howdys have y’all beat on that for sure!! I’m not saying I won’t eat at jets just not this one… Also I work at 2 hotels ppl are constantly asking me where the good food is in town…. Not here!!!..This is the location on Creedmoor Road Raleigh

Holy Moly! That crunchy crust, that gooey cheese piping hot right out of the oven. I find it impossible to wait until I am home to eat it at the risk of burning my fingers or the roof of my mouth. If you haven’t tried Jet’s, you’re robbing yourself and I don’t recommend you continue doing that to yourself. You should like yourself more than that. This place is amazing.
