I love the Dairy Queen on S Cameron St so much! The food is so fresh, the service is so fast, and the staff is so friendly! I highly recommend the chicken tenders and the royal ultimate choco brownie blizzard. Next time you want some yummy food, stop by this location!

I’ve eaten here about a dozen times… i love a block away and ate at the previous DQ my whole life. Every time i order they are put off something i want, the food is just barely edible, and the staff is lousy. Last time i went I checked google to see the hours were open till 10:30 pm, and of course i s drive there to have them close the lights on me as i pull up at 10:00. I went to turkey hill and got 2 half gallons of ice cream for the same price as one large blizzard and it was better too. I do not recommend this place at all. The old one was always packed, this one is always dead, and i can see why. -5 stars.

Bought our dinner, and sat down at 10:00pm. We were planning on buying ice cream after eating so it wouldn’t melt while we ate. Began eating and a short woman who works here who I want to assume is the manager but was out of uniform, says (with attitude) that we can’t continue to eat here because they’re closing. I was confused because we came here specifically because online, it says the place closes at 10:30. When we asked why the online time stated the incorrect closing time, another worker said “we put 10:30 because of the Dairy Queen contract but we always close at 10:00”. We stopped eating and walked out, once again letting the short lady know that online it says closing time is 10:30. She then says “I don’t know I just work here.” When I walked in at 9:45 she was sitting in the booth with a nasty look on her face, so she honestly could’ve fooled me with that line. Anyways, I had to eat my food in the car & I didn’t get my ice cream! This is not how you treat customers. The laziness in certain workers is disgusting.

Went there Sunday, 3-26; it was a really nice day for ice cream, drive thru line was full, I decided to go inside, people had been waiting awhile to get served, no front of the house service. If this happens on, coincidentally, on a sunny Sunday afternoon, come summer it’s gonna get worse. Granted they probably don’t have enough people to take care of the crowd. Hope they do better..

Ordered two chicken tender basket meals and a kids tender meal. Tenders felt a little dry, french fries and food was nice and hot, toast a little buttery for our liking but overall much better food quality than most restaurants in the area. Staff was also very friendly and service was efficient.

This location doesn’t use DQ ice cream…it is generic. They also don’t use real m&m’s and reese’s products in the ice cream. They use awful tasting substitutes. The Blizzards are never frozen enough. Service is slow and they they don’t use their words…they kind of just grunt at you. Weird.
