Food Court location in a shopping mall. Prices are on the high side for what you get even a combo meal. This is the only location I have visited. Cordial staff, no small talk. Food prepared in front of you good and bad. You can see what is happening in the very clean cooking area. The cook at the time seemed uncertain. Average size sandwich with fries and small Coke product $10 and change. No ketchup in house (for a cheesesteak place, weird) reluctant to give napkins and the sandwich was messy.

Unfortunately the owner is probably losing lots of money due to the staffing. They are unfamiliar with their own menus and the cashier looks baked on pot drooling. And the cook is just pacing back and forth not even making orders. Why put money into a business if employees driving away customers.

We stood in line for 20-25 minutes while we watched the cooks assist the cashier with orders. Ten people waiting in line and finally the line starts to live and they CLOSED in our FACE. The Cashier was incompetent and slow and the cooks were all over the place. Customer service was at an all time ZERO.

employees are always very slow and unhappy. Nobody is standing in the workspace, sometimes I think it is closed, they are always in the back area. After placing the order, it takes a long time for them to start the order. and sometimes it takes time for them to give it to me even though my order is ready.

Terrible ! Save your money !! I rate it a star only because the cheesesteak was good but the girl who took my order messed up my order she said I had ordered fries and bacon when I had ask for fries with bacon but instead of fixing my problem she started talking how she was right and I was wrong maybe if she wasn’t chit chatting with her co worker and had pay attention she would of got my order right at last my fries was just regular fries not worth the money no cheese a little bit of fries and two pieces of bacon on the side .
