Placed an order online that gave me a TOTAL of $3.00 AFTER a $4.00 tip (I had a credit for a previous mix-up) anywho when pizza got here the total now said $36.00 !! I asked the delivery driver said he didn’t know why it was more. Also went over how it would be cheaper with a different deal and still wasn’t really helpful. Long story short he left with the pizza pasta and treats for the kids and I am now stick going to run out and grab something else. appreciate the mix-up yet AGAIN on Domino’s!

Very disappointed with service when text said pizza was here I went and stood at door for 5 min then called in and the said driver was 5min out got sent wrong ..no problem ..I still tipped but to open box to pizza that was mishandled ! Called and was very Unempathetically told ok would u like us to send u another on! I understand that the only solution but to be told well the drivers are driving? I work hard for my money and to treat family to pizza on Monday night I would like to think my business means more then that!

Our delivery driver Kirk was so nice! We did no contact delivery not thinking about the snow on the ground and he rang the doorbell that way the pizza wouldn’t get wet. Was very nice and the pizza was good. It was worth the wait and they even sent us a coupon because it took a little longer than expected to make it. We appreciate it.

It’s always been 5 or 4 stars. But the new call center to place an order was a horrible experience!!!!! Tried to ask what was in pasta or sandwich took forever for them to understand what I was asking, then because of that she tried to hang up on me before I was done… Will not order again unless they ditch the call center!!! Horrible!! If my food comes right I will be shocked!

You know, this location is great! Not only is this location great, but corporate has been awesome! We have ordered from this location for many many years. Over the past couple weeks some deliveries have not been quite as fast as in the past but nothing to complain about. We still get the pizza in reasonable time and it’s still hot – which is what matters. We have received delivery insurance coupons automatically for the last two deliveries even though we didn’t even say anything. Thanks dominos for taking care of loyal customers! We will continue to use this location and I would highly recommend others in the area use them. They made things “right” even thought we didn’t ask and would have continued to use them anyways. This is what customer service is all about!! Thank you!
