Ok so I do like this store and papa johns has been one of my preferred pizza places, but recently i believe they hired a female manager and shes so nice and friendly every time I place a order. I order from this papa John’s often and I felt like before some months ago it was alright, however this new manager does a fantastic job and I’m quite sure she has whipped this place to shape. All the pizzas I order are always good and if I get a pizza that’s messed up, I’ll call the store and she will have me a replacement with no delay. I don’t know her name exactly, but if anyone higher up sees this, give her a raise or even a promotion as I’m sure it will improve this store immensely.

We ordered food, they messed up the order, and thought these “breadsticks” were appropriate. I called 4x to get assistance with receiving either a refund or some sort of resolution which this store failed to provide. They continued transferring to a phone number that wouldn’t be picked up.

I ordered 2 large pizzas and 2 mountain dews for delivery. Delivery guy gave me 2 large pizzas and 1 mountain dew. I asked him if he sees that he gave me 1 mountain dew and he confirmed it. He told me to call the store because that is what they gave him. I call the store to talk to the manager and I explain the situation. Manager tells me to come into the store with a receipt. I told her that I am not going to come into the store and that the delivery person did not give me a receipt. She proceeded to just hang up on me. Why would I pay for delivery and tip if I have to go into the store anyways. If this is how you treat your customers when YOU made the mistake and don’t rectify the situation then you should be replaced as a manager. Completely unprofessional.

Okay so, we ordered the initial pizza, we wanted veggie on half, jalapeño on the other half and sausage on the whole pizza. We got the first order and we immediately had to call the store because what was delivered was absolute rubbish. They offered a second one (we had to wait almost 2hrs in total, just to eat dinner) which didn’t look any better.I don’t know if they just throw things on the pizza but it is not appealing at all. I cook my dogs food way better, whoever is making the pizza could put in a little more effort. Definitely never ordering from them anymore.

Placed an order online. Pulled up to the location and 3 employees were in the building at 10:30pm on a Friday 3/24/2023 and the doors were already locked. I was going to pick up two bottles of wine next door and a few pizzas now Maybe their hours of operation have changed but someone could have came to the door and informed me about that because online it showed the location closing at 12am. I placed the order before 10pm and sat in the parking lot typing this review and watching them watching me. I felt disappointed, disgusted, & discriminated against. Most likely escalating this issue getting quick food for your family shouldn’t be so hard and to add insult to injury another customer pulled up to this same location with a different SKIN TONE and they opened the door for her immediately if I could leave negative stars I would do better!

Messed up on a pizza and had it remade.. when I got home after picking up the pizza, I realized they didn’t CUT my pizza in SLICES. Had to use scissors to cut it in slices myself… 2 stars because I like the sauce.

It’s Papa John’s Pizza. Occasionally order here and other times other places. Today felt the need to review. Bad : driver put the small wing box between the two pizza boxes and completely squished both pizzas. All the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and the pizzas mostly inedible. Good : called and didn’t even have to explain, they said they would make us a reorder and they did. Sent it right out and the remake was perfect. Wings were good. I will still order from here when I get the craving for Papa John’s.
