I’m not sure what all the complaints are about because I like this place. Good food, good service, so I can’t complain. The only complaint that I do have is that their soup selection isn’t what it used to be. They used to have all different kinds that you never see anymore. Bring back cheesy potato ham!

I’ve tried this place at least three times in case I coincidentally went in on an off day, but each time I’ve ordered I’ve had issues with the specificity of the sandwich and just overall poor communication. Food allergies are a risky thing, which is why removing ingredients is an important aspect of ordering any type of food, so one would expect it to be removed upon request. . . Similarly, one would expect combo items to be included in the pickup bag since they were paid for. At the end of the day, yeah it’s literally just a sandwich but if y’all keep getting these poor reviews, you might want to take the time to fix the problem at it’s source.

Every single time I come here my simple sandwich is messed up. Apparently they can’t read… for example, today, #3 (titan) no lettuce. Not that hard right? I receive my sandwich with lettuce and no pesto mayo. No mayo at all. I’ve never had a problem with any other location BUT this one. Keep up the great work guys!

Sandwich was made alright however the boss lady working was extremely rude to her employers in front of her guests. On top of that she was helping to make the sandwiches and WOAH! IS SHE SLOW. she had no care in the world that 7 people were waiting for their orders to be made (mind you this was within 20 minutes). She continued to take her sweet ol’ time. She was not friendly to her guests either.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The gents working today were in high spirits, singing along with the music, teasing one another and laughing, it was a great atmosphere. The sandwiches were really good as well. I will definitely be back!

Been coming here since we moved to Duluth. The service and food quality has dropped off severely. Add to that the cashiers have TWICE added unauthorized tips to my credit transactions. There are plenty of other places to eat. I have even mentioned my concerns to management with zero results. Unfortunate. My wife and I used to come here 2 to 3 times per week. Subway is right next door and there are other E&G locations. Try some place else before settling for poor service and subpar sandwiches.
