Traveling on business in Mineral Wells and found this gem of a restaurant for lunch. Had the salmon bowl and it was terrific! The salmon was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were fresh and full of flavor. They even grow some of their own vegetables. Our server was the owner and she’s very enthusiastic about her new restaurant.

Phenomenal! We have a very high standard for salmon. In the past, only one place has been acceptable. Today, we tried the “Big Kahuna” with rice and veggies. Sadie’s has taken over, as our salmon go-to! As if the salmon wasn’t perfect, Sadie’s gave us the absolute best garden salad we’ve ever eaten! I’m only disappointed I can’t give Sadie’s an additional 100 stars, as a symbol of them exceeding every expectation!
