Looks like I will be going to Blimpie’s, Jersey Mike’s, Quiznos, Firehouse Subs, Jimmy John’s, the Publix Deli, or McAlister’s Deli to get my sandwich from now on! This has got to be THE WORST Subway! We ordered sandwiches online and EVERYONE of them was made wrong and had hardly any toppings. When we CALLED them and asked if we needed to bring the incorrect sandwiches back to get the correct ones made, the male that was in the store said that we didn’t. So when we got their he then proceeds to tell us that we needed all the sandwiches and that the larger the order the less toppings they put on each sandwich. He also stated that he didn’t see anything wrong with them (gaslighting at its finest), so he knew that they didn’t have enough toppings and still set them out the door! I guess because it wasn’t his money or family he was feeding he didn’t care!

If I could give a negative Stars I would. Worst customer service ever, was told tonight that the lager the order the less toppings you get on a sandwich. They missed half the toppings on all the sandwiches and went skimpy on the toppings. Sandwich was super salty and tasted like nothing but bread. This was the worst sandwich I have ever had. We spent close to 40 for 5 sandwiches. I felt like we were gaslighted by the male sandwich maker. What is strange is there is other sandwich locations (Quiznos, Blimpie, McAlister’s Deli, Firehouse Subs, Publix Deli, Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy Jones) in Hiram/Dallas and with the way the economy is going you want to gaslight the customer is not a good move and great way to loose business

Worst subway around due to the private owner. The owner that owns this subway & the others around will not except coupons from subway. He doesn’t along any kind of coupons that subway sends out. Not gonna pay almost $30 for 2 subways, when I have a buy one get one free

The updated menu is great. New sandwiches are always good to have. The young lady that waited on us was friendly but seemed a bit overwhelmed. I asked if she was by herself and she said no ma’am. Two more people were in line behind us waiting before another worker finally came out to help. Store was clean and fresh bread was baking. Nice place.

Think it’s ridiculous since these subways come up with there new menu. Order the boss can’t get onions or Bella because its not on the menu!

This is one of the cleanest Subway’s I have ever been to. On ridge Rd. In Douglasville, Georgia. (Next to BB’S sports bar and grill). Staff was friendly, fast and professional. I love the new subs on the menu. Good job Subway… Keep it up.

Terrible Customer Service!!! I would give negative stars on this one. I was standing in line and the line was very long so I decided to order through the app. I was going to purchase 2 footlongs and saw the BOGO deal so I selected that and put my order in but continued to stand in line. When it was my turn, the manager Cynthia would not prepare my order and told me that I had 2 more online orders ahead of me after waiting. I sat down but was a bit frustrated since I had already spent a long time in line already and now I was going to have to wait for 2 more orders. So she began fixing my order. She was throwing the meats on aggressively and it was so much that the customers behind me were not even wanting to place their order yet. I asked her could the other person in the store make it please. She got mad and picked up the sandwich yelling “How am I making it wrong? You have no right to complain”. I said I do have a right, I have already paid. I am a customer. I asked her where is the customer service. I did not cuss. I was really frustrated and confused but I had already paid my money through the app. Then Brandon walks up to make my sandwiches and he began badgering me saying “I don’t like how you talked to my manager, I am defending my manager!” I wasn’t yelling, I did not cuss. I simply asked her not to make my sandwich in that way because she was throwing it together, just annoyed by me. I could tell she was annoyed so I simply asked can someone else make it. He made it but I just do not understand the lack of customer service and the level of frustrated they both were with me when all I wanted to do was get my food. I thought me ordering on the app would be more convenient. I was standing in line so long that I had time to customize the order and pay. The only reason I continued to stand in line, is because it is a custom sandwich place and I wanted to make sure they toasted the subs twice because I like mine that way. I thought the whole place lacked professionalism and I was treated really wrongly to have waited so long and be a paying customer. I eventually stopped talking and allowed Brandon to make it as I watched because that is the point of Subway, to make sure that the customized items were there. Since I was already in front of them, I figured it would be no problem but apparently it was a huge problem. I left very upset and confused as to why they needed to fix my sandwich wrong, yell at me, then act as if I was in the wrong. Again, I did not cuss at them, I did not get belligerent as they did, and I had no problem requesting that someone else make my sandwich. I feel it was all unprofessional as well as unnecessary. It reflects poorly on that location and Subway as a brand. Customer service should be first and certainly no custom should be yelled at. Especially since I never yelled at them. I would like the cameras to be checked as well because the way the manager Cynthia made my sandwich is why I asked could someone else make it. It was not quality. As a customer I have a right to quality. I have a right to customer service.

I enjoyed my sandwich and thought it was delicious. The ham and turkey plus the toppings were fresh and tasty. The service was polite and professional. Even with a line, it didn’t take too long to order and receive my food. The raspberry cheesecake cookie was a treat to finish my lunch.

So it’s a Subway, like most franchise fast food chains the food is going to be pretty consistent. However this particular restaurant has had consistent problems within the last year or so. At the time of this writing, the employees were disinterested, slow, and unwilling to help with an issue i had – an inconsistency in pricing on the menu and what they charged me. It was small, only 50¢, but it was not what’s displayed and that irks me.
