This place needs zero spoke to a lady named meadow on the phone nasty white trash lady fighting with me about who said what on the speaker I have a dash cam in my car. I played back the recording and she did not say anything she was fighting with me over the phone about you literally work at Taco Bell calm down and shut up I love how fast food workers think that they’re a doctor or a lawyer and they have this cocky attitude shut up Meadow you work at Taco Bell stop acting like you’re a lawyer you need to learn your Place in life and realize that you’re working at a Taco Bell and that you’re at the bottom of the food chain, so don’t be rude to people that are above you Gyfoh

I ordered the new birria taco combo…. They had no taco cheese… no birria sauce…. I altered my chalupa to chicken but they gave me a beef one….all in all a awful experience …. I had nacho chips and cheese but they couldn’t do that so I had no choice again… such a let down

Taco Bell is a staple fast food go to for me and my friends, as we can never agree on other restaurants but all love Taco Bell. We hopped over here after leaving an early morning car show (Ocala Cars and Coffee over at Warhorse Harley Davidson) and arrived about 15 minutes before the store opened and goofed around in the parking lot while waiting. As the store opened and the doors unlocked we were greeted my friendly faces and what seemed like a stressed pair of employees not sure if there should have been more than 2 people on or not, but i am fairly certain that one of them wasn’t expected to be there and was probably covering a shift based on the appearance of stress, but kept a friendly smile nonetheless. There was 6 of us as the store opened 2 of which was a 14 year old and 17 yeard old who works and spends his money how he wants to…even if that includes $40 worth of Taco Bell for the 2 of them (so sorry for this, huge order as the store opened) but surprisingly everything was correct with no errors which in itself is a shocker for any fast food location. The food was right and the customer service was better than anticipated so early especially with my 17 year old deciding to place a huge order. Thoroughly impressed, just won its place as the better tavo bell in the area in my opinion thank you 2 for taking care of our group!

I ordered a Chipotle chicken melt and literally received a crumbled up melt with 3 slices of chicken. Also they stated its how it should be. Why is there 1 slice of lettuce and 3 pieces of chicken???can any one tell me why is there yet another dissatisfied customer
