When we pulled up to the speaker we were asked to hold on before ordering and were finally asked to order about five minutes later. (It didn’t seem busy.) We ordered, pulled up, paid, and got our drinks, and then were asked to pull forward and wait again. We finally got our order and didn’t get the correct side with one of our meals. The entire time it took between pulling up to the speaker and finally driving away was about thirty minutes. And we didn’t even get our entire order. (We ordered regular sized meals for three people and there were maybe three cars total including ours in the drive through during the half hour we were there. I’ve worked fast food before. I know it can be rough… but this was a pretty insane wait time…)

Love popeyes but this location makes me hate it. Food almost never fresh, horrible service. Tonight is the second time I’ve driven here for them to not take my order answer the phone or come to the window. Supposed to close at 10pm got there at 920pm with cars in parking lot. Do better.

I should have known not to stop when there were no cars in the drive-through and only one car in the parking lot. I ordered a 3 tender meal with Mac n cheese as my side. When I got home, I had two wings and a leg with mashed potatoes. Won’t go back!

Still a terrible customer experience, our presence is definitely not welcomed there. Food is okay but declines In quality each time I go. Lees chicken if you want to be treated like a human being

Just awful. Worse then two day old gas station food. Was like tough beef jerky. Look at photos, the breasts would indicate a flat chested fowl for sure. $62 down the drain. I was embarrassed to serve it to our guests. Coleslaw was ok, potatoes were fair but not enough for one person. Will not go back, even if it was free. Workers had bad attitudes.

Took quite a while to get my order, but I appreciate that the food was hot. But it was also wrong. Too long a wait to get what I wanted.

I’ve had 2 terrible experiences here, but against my better judgement I really felt like giving it another chance. I’m not sure if I got lucky or if things are moving in the right direction with this location, but my order was done right and the food was on point. The Mac N Cheese was a bit greasy, but that was to be expected 30 minutes till closing. I hope my next experience is as good or better because I miss living near a decent Popeyes location.

Went 11-3-20, Purchased a family meal, manager made us pay $1 extra for what was advertised on their own drive thru menu. Cashier seemed confused about the price and meal to begin with so I should’ve anticipated issues right then. They forgot to include biscuits, went in to get them. They gave us 5 horribly burnt biscuits. Not worth going back. I do not recommend. Chicken is burnt and tastes like old grease. Disgusting. They have forever lost my business.

I purchased a family meal with pies for dessert. When I went to eat my pie it was completely full of mold. This is an older review from 10 ago. I just happened to come across the photos in memory and decided to add them in return changed my original post date.

Manager was great. He treated us very well and service was great. The biscuits were way better than any popeyes I’ve been to.
