If I could give less than one star I certainly would. My sister got a chicken rotisserie protein bowl. The amount of meat on the bowl would not have even made a 6 inch sub. The amount of meat was supposed to be what is on a foot long sub. When I went back to ask the employees about the amount of meat on it, they told me they were only allowed to put two scoops on. The cashier “‘called her manager”. I can not believe a manager would in any way not work to make this right. So, it’s doubtful that she actually called someone responsible The customer service was terrible… The attitude was atrocious. I will never step foot in this Subway. I certainly hope this helps someone else who thinks they will get a value from their rotisserie chicken protein bowl at this place. I ended up having to pay an extra $4 for more chicken.. making my sister’s bowl a whopping $16!!!

I stopped coming to this location. They were consistently out of ingredients across multiple visits. The staff always appeared to be in a bad mood and the last time I went i had coupons that I had just received in the mail only to be told this location did not accept coupons because the cost of ingredients was too high and their profits were too low.

The worst Sub sandwich I’ve ever had! Went here for lunch on 5/27 the place was not busy at all, both subs I ordered the bread was brick hard. I asked the young man to make sure my bread wasn’t hard, all of them he pulled out was hard, then he found 2 not so hard breads. Got home and I we could bearly bite into them. Called back asked for A refund and was told no I would have to bring the sandwich back not touched. Really? Wow

I rarely give a one but had the worst experience at the subway by Publix. Ordered online said it was ready in 15 minutes, I still waited 30 minutes just in case they were busy they forgot the order after the app said it was READY they didn’t even apologize when I got there just said they didn’t see the order come through they’re busy. The so called manager Shannon who they called was totally useless didn’t offer any compensation for my time but when I get home and do survey they give me a free drink and cookie coupon lol go figure! BUT the manager can’t do anything!! This place needs a makeover with the staff! Customers aren’t always right I know but I did everything by their books , ordered on app and paid, app said it was READY came to pickup and nothing! Was a hot mess!! Then they’re upset that I’m upset….unacceptable on all levels

This was an awful experience period. Ordered a couple of subs from this place. One was the meatball pepperoni. This sandwich was disgusting. The meatballs and sauce were burnt. I use to work for Subway (partner of Subway) and the meatballs were in that hot well all day. They were disgusting. The sub was barely toasted and it only had 4 pieces of pepperoni on it. My daughters 6 new steak and cheese was ordered as the philly. THERE WAS NO double cheese on it as advertised in the SUBWAY SERIES MENU and barely and steak. The poor kid cried when she opened this sandwich. My wife’s Tuna only had 4 tomatoes on it 4 cucumbers Subway standard is 6. Staff was not friendly at all. The did not have chocolate chip cookies and this was 6:15/6:30pm so obviously they werent making more just like the burnt meatballs which means staff was lazy period. They DID NOT HONOR THE BOGO 50% off Subway series menu advertised by corporate. Stay away. Never again period.

I ordered a wrap, which according to all advertising and the price I paid, is supposed to be equivalent to a foot long. I was only given a 6″ portion of meat. After realizing, I went back in the store wanting to ask to just add more meat to the wrap they had already made, but instead the workers told me they were instructed to make wraps like a 6″. They showed me their instructions and they were right, so definitely the owner’s doing. I was told they weren’t actually a franchise so they did things differently. Fine, but they they need to change their advertising so customers know what they’re getting. I ended up getting a refund, so at least there’s that. I went to a different Subway who gave me what I paid for.

I usually go to the Subway on Boonehill Rd even though it’s always mediocre. Tried this location on Dorchester and it did not disappoint! My “no bready bowl” actually had a footlong worth of meat on it and was packed to the brim! As it should be! 10/10 experience tonight and definitely going to order here from now on!

Will not be retuning and will be contacting corporate. My bonus daughter and I (she’s 5) went to subway and ordered 3 sandwiches and 4 cookies. The total came to $30 I gave the employee a $50 bill. Mind you my bonus daughter is standing next to me. As rude as can be the employee says, I cannot except a $50 bill. I’m standing there confused because there is no sign saying that and my total was only $30. I told the young kid, I’m sorry I don’t have anything smaller. Without any hesitation he takes the sandwiches and slams them into the trash then takes the cookies and slams them into the trash. I couldn’t believe what was happening. I would have ordered another sandwich if I needed to get the total closer to $50. His behavior was completely uncalled for and to do that in front of my 5 year old is unacceptable!!! I would blast the employee but he failed to wear a name tag.
