We came after work, ordered drinks & appetizers. The spinach artichoke dip was clearly sparse, maybe about 3-4 tablespoons of dip in a tiny bowl and about 40 chips. We expressed our disappointment to the bartender, who brought over a manager-type person. He explained the portion system, and when we commented about how many chips there were compared to the dip, he rudely said he could “take some chips away”. After that, we told him to take the appetizer away. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing. And continued to laugh & joke with other tables. Sad, unfortunate, and unprofessional. With so many bars & restaurants struggling, treating customers that way is a very poor choice. Addition: It appears the owner is confused as to the reference of “laughing” with other tables. To be clear, deciding not to apologize directly after customers are upset, and carrying on as if nothing happened is offensive. We will be back to cocktail with friends, so you’ll still get our money, despite your inability to realize your business mistake.

Tje food was good, my only issue is as soon as we were done eating ( we were sitting at the bar it wasn’t busy)I looked down and the bill was in front of me. I didn’t ask for it and planned on having a few more drinks, but since I felt we were being hurried out, I went to another establishment.

A bit of a depressing vibe. Slow service. Mediocre food. Completely barren even at happy hour on a Friday evening. Old sad drunks staring at casino video games on the back wall. Menu has about 14,000 options but given the slow kitchen and mediocre quality on basic stuff, I don’t think I’d trust it for the big stuff. Wings didn’t even come with carrots and celery. I’ve given it a few shots. I don’t think I’ll come back.

Really great experience due to Iris the bartender. Knew how to make drinks, they were all awesome (Paloma, Mai Tai and Caribbean Punch). She rocked the entire bar by herself, about 30 people with food and drinks. Ordered a pizza to go and it was excellent and we are the picky ones about everything since I’ve worked in the industry for 25 years. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this place but I have one complaint I’ve never been to a place where if you order toppings for your burger you’ll have to put the ingredients yourself so if you get lettuce tomatoes or anything else you’ll have to put it in yourself
