Long time fan of firehouse (over 20 years), but the customer service at this location is lacking. At other locations, every time someone walked through the door several employees would yell “welcome to firehouse.” That hasn’t happened a single time here. The workers just appear apathetic. My order has never been wrong, so they are able to perform the job of making sandwiches.

On August 23 at 5:45 we entered the store to order 17 sandwhiches. There were no other customers and the 4 people working refused to fill the order because it was too big. Wonder what would have happened if 5 customers ordered 3 sandwhiches each? Sorry it was too much work.

The food was great but the workers were on 10. Only one was doing all the work, making the sandwiches, cleaning tables, restocking, etc. But the other two workers didn’t know if they wanted to jump the worker that was working or just up and walk out and not do their job but still get paid for it.

Twice I have walked out because of the horrible customer service. They don’t ask what size sandwich you want or what want on it. You get what they give you and yell at you if you touch the counter. I love Firehouse subs but this one store I will never be back.

Horrible! The rudest workers I have ever seen, they are all cleaning while we were just standing there to order, and then when we finally ordered they just kept cleaning instead of making our order took 30 minutes just for two sandwiches and nobody was even there but us! We got home and of course our order was wrong! Never coming back again!

The 3 women working there were very nice and pleasant. The subs were great. I ordered the Club on a Sub and my wife ordered the Veggie sub. They had plenty of of subs to choose from as well as salads and chili. They also had a Coke Freestyle machine so it had plenty of options for soft drinks as well as tea, milk, juice and bottled sodas. I was impressed by the different bbq sauces and hot sauces they had numbered 1 mild through 10 hot. Our favorite was the Lynchburg Tennessee Wiskey Bbq Sauce. I wouldn’t hesitate to go eat there again and I’m sure my wife would gladly tag along.
