Placed an order for 12 pizzas, arrived at the store for pick up only to find out no one was actually at the store. Lights were on, but the door was locked, no cars in the parking lot, no one inside. The store looked abandoned. Call the nearest dominos to figure out what was going on and the person on the phone said he would have to send my info to the district manager before he could honor my order out of his store. 4 hours later and I have yet to receive a call. Finally received a note that my order was canceled, but no information on a refund or anything.

I’ll never order anything from this domino’s ever again on Mobile highway Montgomery again around 5:00 pm I placed a ordered 4 times for delivery on the 4 time they keep my order in prep time for 45 minutes and the lady that ran the place cancel when I call here about my order and I was a going to do a pick up order cause I had party going on she said she don’t have any drivers and want to return and my money cause she was bye here self and she sounded really rude I’ll never order anything for this location again idn what was here problem but this location needs to be shut down and get a better location looks run down to me I say and need to have good delivery drivers ready to go and staff

So I have ordered pizza from this location a lot because it the nearest to my house. My first issue was a few months back when I placed and order and found out they didn’t make my order because she didn’t have any help there. No call or email to say it was canceled I found out when I arrived to pick it up at 7:30 in the evening. This was to feed my kids because of sports practice and me not being able to cook. My next issue was this past weekend I paid for extra sauce and of course you don’t know if something is missing until you taste it but when I arrived to the store it’s 37 degrees outside and the wind is blowing I ring the bell twice no response then I speak through the intercom they have because they don’t have a inside area for customers. Mind you a lady is standing right in front of the window and finally she tells me he’ll be with me in a moment. He didn’t come to the window so I returned to my car because it was cold and waited until he came to the window before I got back out the car 7 min later he came over and helped me and gave me my pizza that was sitting on the counter the whole time I was there waiting. The lady could have given me my pizza when I first came but she didn’t. To me this store needs to close down until they are capable of dealing with people in the right manner. I am not coming to your business begging for anything I’m merely asking for my food to be correct if I paid my money for it. I am merely asking for human decency and understanding that maybe I don’t want to freeze to death waiting for you to finish making a pizza before you can give me mines. I’m not sure if it’s the side of town this restaurant is in or what the issue is but this location has made me not want to spend another dime with the company all together.
