Went to get a pizza on their app . But the app would not take the credit card so drove to the store. The manager was kind enough to just go ahead and take the discount even tho the app didn’t work , giving me the discount . And keeping a customer. He could have just said we can only take the app and charged full price. Plus was one of the best pizzas I’ve tasted from Little Caesars

I gave 3 stars because we waited 40 mins for 2 pizzas and 2 cheese breads, but The young man that was helping me named Blake was truly amazing. He was very helpful and was doing his best to run that store practically by himself. As far as I could see no one else was trying to help him. I understand right now we ha e a huge staffing issue, but I could see people standing around eating pizza and just talking.

Worst Little Caesars ever. Ive given this place numerous opportunities. Ive ordered via the app several hours early and still had to wait. Hot n Ready does not exist here. I finally tried to give it another chance. Drove to the building, “Open” sign was lit bright. There was a note on the door stating they close at 530pm. ♂️. That was the final straw.

SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS PATHETIC!!!! This location closed for a while(no idea why) and re-opened with some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. Ordered online today at 5:09PM. Got email saying order was ready at 5:33PM. Showed up at 5:45PM and was told “your bread still isn’t ready, pull around to the front and we will bring it out.” 6:15PM our food is brought out. The whole point of ordering online ahead of time is so you don’t have to wait when you show up, but clearly that does not work here.

Holy cow. They have come a long way since $5 dollar pizza. We got the drop dish pepperoni which was insanely good and the pretzel crust. It was ok… it was cover in the garlic butter sauce a bit too much. They have the brookie( brownie on bottom, cookie on top) and it was ok. It would be better if they made them on site instead of prepackaged. I was pleasantly surprised though!
