I can’t say enough good things about this place. The food is always delicious and well-made, the sushi is as fresh as possible this far from the coast, and the service has always been great. Very attentive, very engaging, and very friendly. Some of their hibachi chefs are obviously newer and nervous, but they still do great and only those of us who go to hibachi often would really notice. My daughter and I eat here once a month. She is 8 years old, loves sushi, and eagerly awaits the big fireball to start the dinner¡

We planned our date night to relax and eat at this establishment, and it went totally wrong! When we arrived we were greeted with attitude and an incompetent service waiter (John) he was not welcoming or friendly. We were also asked to move from the hibachi area to be seated in the regular seating due to an order request even though we were purchasing 2 orders of hibachi. The manager also came out and was rude and unfriendly. We ended up leaving and going to an Olive Garden in Pittsburgh and had such wonderful service provided by their manager and waiters! Don’t waste your money at this establishment it’s not worth the disrespect.

This was the first time I’ve had hibachi since the pandemic and this place really hit the spot! Food was absolutely flavorful, I don’t know what some of the reviewers are talking about. Especially for the price you get a lot of food and for those of you complaining that is about the price of hibachi and I’ve eaten at a few different hibachi places in the past! Really if your complaining about a group of people that came in then sit in a booth next time. Don’t punish the restaurant for ignorant (rude) customers otherwise you’re just being an ignorant (lack of knowledge) Karen. The soup you get with your meal was the best soup I’ve had at any hibachi restaurant. Really enjoyed my sushi and then my meal. Definitely had to take left overs home because I was so full and it was just as good reheating it the next day!

My Wife and I went there for dinner. Our food was tasteless and saturated with sauce. My Wife didn’t eat one thing and they refused to remove it from the check. Just kept saying you want box. Server never checked on us after delivery the food. Pieces of shrimp from my plate was on my wife’s plate. They said just scrape off.

My husband and I went to Samurai today for an anniversary lunch. We both loved the experience and the food. The place was beautifully decorated, the staff was friendly, and the food was amazing. We ordered the crab ragoon as an appetizer, and each had a steak teriyaki lunchbox. Everything tasted wonderfully. We will definitely return soon!

This place can literally never get an order right. My family and I have given it several tries and they just disappoint every damn time. They also fail every time to make it right. To add to it, there never seems to be a manger there. And when we ask to be contacted by a manger we never are.

Our table ordered sushi rolls and the chicken hibachi plate. Everything came our in a timely manner and was fresh and flavorful. The menu has a wide variety of items for both the timid and adventurous diner. Sushi, sashimi, hibachi, udon noodles and more are on offer. Our only disappointment was that all the sashimi offerings were chef’s choice combo plates as opposed to the guest being able to build their plate. This isn’t unusual, and is traditional but we appreciate being able to choose. Plenty of seating. Handicap accessible with handicap parking in front of main doors. Highchairs are available. We will dine here again and update with more info. They have applied for a liqour licence but do not serve alcohol yet. (As of May 2022 – will update.)

Food was okay. Ordered chicken teriyaki but the description didn’t say that they used onions. Normally I would pick out the onions in anything but they used an ENTIRE onion to the point where the whole meal tasted like onions. Had to order a whole new meal without any onions.
