Rude guy out in the parking lot waving at me to leave. When I got to the drive thru to order I asked if they were open because of the guy out in the parking lot. Was rudely told, “yes we’re open, what do you want?” “A plate or a bowl?” Terrible customer service, won’t be coming back to this location.

My overall experience at panda was a 4.5 star food was excellent, customer service was not on their game this time, making excuses instead of acknowledging the customer that your out of some items and will cook a new batch of food right away instead of trying to give me left over cold item mixed with fresh and hot food. The store was clean when I walked in. I just wished that the staff were a bit more friendlier or more inviting.

Food was great. This is my 2nd time doing drive thur and both times the service has been bad. They are very rude and rush you to order always cutting you off when talking and when you pull up to the window they don’t acknowledge you out there hands out for the payment and hand out the food.

Lucia is the worst. I told her NOT to round my total up and she did anyways. When I called to get it fixed she told me no. She was VERY rude and unhelpful. Absolutely ridiculous to rob people of their money when they specifically don’t want to round up and I said that. The food was also disgusting for some reason. Had a weird smell.

I stopped by to get a family meal and the attendant Angie was extremely rude to me when I didn’t understand her question. She was very sarcastic and made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed. Above all, customers should be treated with respect, and if your employees can’t show the minimum tolerance and patience, they shouldn’t even be dealing with clients in the first place. I took my business somewhere else.

It’s a shame this place goes downhill. The service not only bad it’s very bad . The manger Alicia was super rude with annoyed by you face , if you don’t want to work there just walk out , don’t have to be mean and take out on customers. I tried to place an order and then get a small chow mein a la carte added to my order. The person taking the order said I can only order a medium or large side. Every Panda Express I have been too I can order a small size a la carte, because it is on the menu. Also, she stated that I needed to order meat with it. That doesn’t even make sense. I just wanted a small side of chow mein. It is literally listed on their menu as an option.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. I ordered food from the Panda Express website for the mason and kingsland location for delivery. I was brought the wrong food. Like not even close to what I would eat. When I called this store to see what to do they said I have to call corporate or the location and when I read the email I got for confirmation with their number as a contact for delivery or food issues, I was told the manager was out and he couldn’t help. Then when the door dash person said to call the store to get it fix after he spoke to his door dash boss and was told all would be fixed. The guy said he would not help me. I paid for the food and got no food so if you want to waste your money then go here.
