I order this meal from numerous little Ceasars and no one can get it right!!! I ask for Italian cheese sticks and I just ask if they can add pepperoni. You keep giving me the lunch combo with no sauce and no Oregano. And it’s never cut like the sticks. Can yall have a class on this????

I ordered a pretzel pizza over the phone. They gave me a regular hot and ready. I didn’t realize at the time that a pretzel crust is just them putting butter and salt on the crust. When I got back to let them know in a friendly manner they denied messing up. When I finally convinced them about their error all they did was take my cold pizza and sprinkle salt all over it. Well….by the time I got home it was ice cold and not very appetizing.if they at least reheated it after they explained they had forgotten the salt on the crust, or even given me a fresh one it would have been ok.

This was my second time going first time I didn’t get anything their was a 45 min wait. Today was the same so I placed my order since it’s 45 minute wait. I thought I was gonna get fresh food but didn’t. The wings weren’t cooked all the way.

Lady picked up the phone and said, “Next time please come inside to check an order instead of calling the store phone because it takes time away from us inside here”. Oh I’m sorry, I thought I was the customer ? You must not care cause you already have my money. It was 44 degrees outside and the wind was whipping around like crazy. Terrible customer service, people obviously need to be retrained or replaced. I will be contacting the district manager about this.
