Sucked !! Just now got a pizza for dinner didn’t feel like cooking and they sent it burnt like black and dry and blamed me for ordering it well done. I worked customer service almost my whole life and this has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced I paid $27 for a medium plain pizza that I won’t even give to my dogs that’s without exaggeration I don’t know how many people order or ever eat pizza this way. It would cost maybe $4 for them to send a less cooked and edible pizza in its place. Instead after I got blamed for them burning my dinner and charging me for it and was told that I will get a free pizza the next time I order I don’t want a free pizza I wanted one that’s edible so that I could eat dinner and not feel like I was out $27… that was an expensive lesson. This is the second time in a row that we have ordered from this location and received items made incorrectly. The first time we ordered the new ranch dorito papadilla and received the papadilla with a plain regular crust and none of the ranch coating on it. We gave them a second chance and ordered again tonight. This time was for the new Spicy Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust. It came with one topping and we asked for sausage. My husband brought the pizza home and when we opened the box it was a dry regular stuffed crust with barely any sausage. Some pieces had no sausage and the other slices had two, maybe three little pieces per slice. My Husband went back to the restaurant and they said yes, this is wrong. He had to wait another 15 minutes for the pizza to receive THE EXACT SAME THING they handed him the first time. Absolutely ridiculous! My Husband didn’t want to waste any more time trying to explain to them how the pizza is supposed to come so he just left with the same pizza and they didn’t give us the sauces we had previously payed for. There was no red pepper flakes on the crust like shown in the picture. Absolutely no garlic taste to it whatsoever. The people running the store now have no idea how to make the products. Last time we will ever order from a Papa John’s.

Their breadsticks are so dry and plain- there’s no seasoning or anything on them so it’s just plain dough. I ordered their wings tonight- I ordered them well done and they’re still soft and almost a rubbery texture, not appetizing at all. I couldn’t eat them. Also a pet peeve of mine- they just like drizzled the sauce on top instead of tossing them in sauce, so there’s pieces of the wings that doesn’t have sauce on it. I used to love Papa John’s as a kid and had the idea to get it tonight (first time in a while) and I will not be ordering again. Their food is not as good as I remembered it- bad quality, carelessness when making the food, and overpriced for what you get.

I place my order at 8:15pm and it states it will takes thirty minutes. The business is locate 15 minutes from my address. But it takes over one hour to figure out that they do not delivery. They state DoorDash will be delivering but website and phone does not state DoorDash will be doing delivery. The person that I talk try to push buck onto another business of which I went place the order on Papa John’s website. I went onto Papa John’s website, it says nothing that doordash is the responsible for delivery.

This place is either a hit or miss. Today was a miss after not ordering here for awhile. I ordered a pizza well done. Garlic parm breadsticks, with 2 marinara dipping sauce. They gave me one sauce. The pizza wasn’t well done. A lil soggy and while lifting the pizza up , the bottom sticks to the box. The toppings don’t even look done. The breadsticks was greasy af. And both items were bland af. Taste no garlic, parm or even salt. Very disappointed

Had my first papadia from Papa Johns Pizza. It was very good, so I will be going there again. Kudos to them for being open later than most of the other pizza places, which is why I decided to try their take out food.

Cashier literally just stared at me when I walked in. I tell her I was there for a pick up order and I give her my name. I asked for garlic sauce and she rolled her eyes at me. She said the total price which was the only thing she said the entire transaction. I said thank you and left. Get home, pizza wasnt cut into a single slice. 8 pizza slices on top, 0 on the bottom. Do not go there. 0% customer service and to top it off food is a joke.

Horrible experience. 2.5 hours for pizza made hours ago. Called store 2 separate times to cancel the order and 2 separate employees lied about the status of the order. Do not do online order/delivery if you want food from them order online cause they always screw up online orders.

Update: My initial review from years ago I gave 5 stars because the manager and staff were great. As of 5/20/23 the people working there has changed drastically. I went in to buy a stuffed crust pizza and the crust was burnt. Had also called ahead of time to make sure the 16 piece order of wings I placed online would be half flats and half drums and was told it would be. I counted about 3 flats out of 16 wings. Hygiene here is also extremely lacking. The person who came from the back to make the pizza came straight from the back to remake my pizza without washing hands. Not sure if he washed it in the back but I highly doubt it, then heard what I thought him say he was going to go back and “finish eating “. The guy cutting the pizza was rubbing his face while talking to me and went straight back to cutting pizza without washing hands. I’m literally about ready to be done with all pizza places after this because no one should want to eat anywhere that does this. I’m sure they wouldn’t want to eat after someone who did that so not sure why they would think that’s ok. Definitely done with this location and will make sure I go into pizza places from now on to make sure staff is practicing proper hand washing. I do appreciate them voiding my $50 order with no hassle.
