I’ve never had a bad meal here. Fantastic fish fry and the Beef on Wick is the best I’ve had anywhere. The Reuben, the soups everything is wonderful. Service is great and food comes out quick even on a Friday when they are packed.

Not real homey feel like I thought it would be. Mushrooms were good, fish was cut unevenly so part of it was inedible. The panko crust was the bomb though! Waitstaff was very on point.

Great service and delicious food. I ordered the crab stuffed cajun haddock which was super delicious. My only complaint is that the meal only came with one side which I chose coleslaw. I think for the price paid which was $18 it would be a better value to come with 2 sides.

we have been twice now, both times the food was not good. Service is always great, staff is attentive and kind, the beer was great. I really wanted to like it, which is why we gave a second chance. Might need a new cook or cook with experience. Again staff is great but wont return for dinner, so much history could be a great place!

Old time, literally and figuratively. The hotel is dated back to 1880’s with related decor and theme built into it. While the food is more modern, they also have basic fare that is reminiscent of simpler times.

So I ordered chicken fingers and napkins were put on my chicken fingers …….. so I asked for med and bbq etc on the side RICK gave me the worst attitude!!!!!!! Well we don’t want them to blow away so you put them on top of the food makes no sense !!!!! I work at a bar I said he said ya sure we all do ok well I do work at The Draft Room since he clearly has a problem with service he needs to be reevaluated on costumer service ! He got it as I was talking to another one of your employees and he’s said yea she does supposedly work at a bar well I do and I know the right vs wrong way of customer service…… I will make sure on my fb and insta this review will be seen since we don’t need people there going to get a great experience but not …… if you give people and utensils or napkins it should be handed them separately and not on top of there food it’s common sense and common courtesy
