I wanted to try their new burger. I believe it’s called the waygu burger. Anyway I asked if it was cooked to order. The young lady assured me it was. When I got home with it it was terrible. It had been refried and steamed so long the cheese was liquid and the bread chewy. The meat had dime sized chunks of grizle in it. Terrible experience for me.

I will not go there again. Horrible service horrible attitudes and order wrong with an attitude when I was trying to get it fixed. I opted for nothing just to get out of there. Don’t want anything from this establishment but a real staff to give people better customer service than I received.

Really don’t like that hard working people who don’t have the time to go back to a restaurant because they messed up. No fries and no drink I don’t come here to pay an arm and a leg and get nothing very dissatisfied. Time of visit Wednesday April 12 at 1:02 pm. Customer service was awesome. I did not know what I was ordering and Angela Bryant was really helpful in taking care of my needs. she figured out what I was trying to order and I even got my food fast even though I made a mistake. They also do military discounts here and it’s even posted on the glass Arby’s is awesome !

When i pulled up to the window to get my food they practically threw it at me. They got my order completely wrong and when i went back they argued with me. They didnt give me a receipt so i could show them it was wrong. When i got to work there was hair in my slider. And my food came in a plastic grocery bag.
