Cozy little bar and restaurant. Service was good. People were friendly. We had clams which were delicious. Then we had french onion soup. Wow! It was so good. Very hot, lots of cheese and bursting with flavor.

Order a medium well steak and it was over cooked, burned and hard. Only had a bite. Fish tacos (chef choice of fish) wasn’t told it was going to be under cooked. I understand that some people eat it that way, I was not able to eat it at all. I taste the salsa that was good. The service was good. Could be better. We won’t come back. We was a upset with our dinner it was our date night. We have t had one in a long time and it was ruined by the food.

Waitress brought us in took our order. Wasn’t friendly at all. She gave my husband another beer and just dropped the check. NEVER asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. It was early so it wasn’t busy when we got there. There was no excuse for her rudeness.

This place charged us a fee for using a credit card. It’s a restaurant where the lobster roll is $38, in 2023, and they have the gall to charge a service charge unless you pay cash. They also had a sign over the bar advertising a rather aggressive $30 minimum credit card charge, which is counter-intuitive: usually, if you meet the credit card minimum, you don’t pay a fee.
