Spent $50 on chicken and fries and can’t even eat the fries. They are cold, limp, greasy, and wet. This is really unacceptable coming from a reputable business as such. Customer service isn’t that great either. Either offer great food or at least smile, make the disappointment worth it.

Ordered 1 meal and they forgot my fries. Like how do you forget 1 of the 2 items?! It’s just chicken and fries. And my “secured bag” was never sealed, the sticker just flapping in the breeze. Called the restaurant and was told I couldn’t get a refund, only a credit, and I would have to go back up there within the day to get it. If I was able to go up there, I would’ve. I had it delivered for a reason. I’ve been to much better locations with better customer service. This location is just lazy and uncaring. Definitely won’t be back.

The absolute worse customer service I’ve ever received! Called in for a 30 piece all flats, I always call in due to the fact online orders you can’t get tax exempt or military discount. I was told by the manger “Jeffrey” this wasn’t possible because someone didn’t pick up a 50 piece order. They don’t honor over the phone all flat orders. Don’t know why I’m being punished for something someone else did. I would’ve easily paid for this order over the phone. Unfortunately “Jeffrey” couldn’t think of no way to make this work outside of telling me to order online. Regardless of knowing my tax exempt or discount wouldn’t be honored! Thankfully I was able to order over the phone from the location on PORTLAND! Go to the Portland franchise much better service!

French Fries are not fresh at all, normally WingStop Is my go to, last three experience has been not so great, customer service could be better as well, what happened to to old crew about a year ago???? Food was fresh and service was wonderful, hire your old crew back!!!

Didn’t get food in my order and was told my card would be credited the next day. I called back and said I wanted the refund still and was placed on hold. Then she got back on the phone and said her manager said it would take 5-7 days for y he refund. I said okay, and she hung up on me. It was very unprofessional, and the manager should have gotten on the phone.

I don’t know if I’ve ever dealt with a more incompetent person in my life! Id be hard pressed to think of a close second. The girl taking my order stared at me blankly as I waited for her to say something… ANYTHING. May I help you would have been nice. She was unfriendly and rude. So I spoke up, but before I could finish, she said “is there anything else?” YES! A sane human being to take my order would be great! I’ve been to this particular location once before and it was a mess, so that’s my mistake for giving them a second chance. Instead of 6 other people leaning around in the kitchen doing nothing, maybe they could wipe down a table or something. I’m done with that wing stop. They suck. I left.
