My husband and I ordered our food online. We purposely done the rest our errands ahead of showing up at the location since we are just visiting town. Once we arrived there the clerk stated he would go and check on our order and came back stating they where just waiting on our pizza. I had to ask the clerk for me to pay for my food, and he played it off that they weren’t waiting for us to arrive despite just talking to the husband about how they have had a lot of people order but not show up to pick up there orders. Another 15min before we got our food. Recieved burnt not very flavored crazy bread and or pretzel pepperoni pizza was still doughy in the center.

As a doordasher, I can confidently say that this is the slowest location you can find in Twin Falls for your food. For how low quality it is, you would think that they could get it out faster. However, they consistently make you wait 15-30 minutes for your order and sometimes much more. Also, the attitude of some of the employees is very bad. I’m just trying to do my job and get wait times for orders and I get snapped at by an employee. It’s very unprofessional.

I recently revisited Little Caesars pizza, and while the pizza itself was delicious, there were some issues with the restaurant. Firstly, the wait time was almost 30 minutes for a pizza that is supposed to be “hot and ready.” This was disappointing, as I was hoping for a quick and easy meal.

Most little Caesars are pretty good actually, however this location is normally pretty rough. Always seems to be low on staff. Takes over an hour to get pizza no matter what. I don’t blame the employees for their situation but feel sorry for them. Bad management is the core reason for bad results. I have never expected high quality from little caesars but I don’t want to be waiting and hour and a half for sub par pizza. Dominos can make and deliver in half the time. I would love it if I was quicker, but I am always disappointed.

I’m from a different state, and the little Caesars that we patroned was clean, friendly and provided very good customer service. However, the one in this town of Twin Falls is repeatedly dirty, low emphasis on customer service and felt it necessary to try to extort more money from me than I owed.( Including not giving me the change due me. The failed in giving me the sauces due with the order and the bread sticks and pizza were burnt and not seasoned properly! This is not the first time we have been there ( it’s the only one in town) but it is definitely the last time we paytron little Caesars here or anywhere else! And I’m going to be sure that all of my friends, co-workers and families know how poorly this establishment is and doesn’t change it operating procedures. Quite frankly I think I deserve my money back and a formal apology from the manager of that store!!!

Told there was a 10-15 min wait for pizza. Ended up being more like 25. Received or breadsticks and this is what we got. Took them back and we were told they could be remade but it would be atleast another 10 mins. Like really?

Horrible customer service. Went in at 12pm. The guy up from was rude & stated that he had no pizzas ready and one crazy bread available. He stated that they do not do any other pizzas during the day and if requested they take up to if not longer then 20 minutes each. There should be more than enough ready to go on a lunch rush. Waited extra for crazy bread. Received a cheese and a pepperoni pizza and both were horribly made, burnt & toppings on one were slid to one side of the pizza. Will not be going back, can never get good service.
