I reached out to a “Manager” after I noticed my Large WORKS pizza which was supposed to have meat onit and green peppers…well, they made my pizza however they wanted. 1st Shelby told me she was a manager, but kept placing me on hold to go ask another person what to do…who does that? Oh someone who is not really a Manager…thats Who! I still have the uneaten pizza in my fridge because someone is going to hear me out! I offered to bring it back for a refund or replacement and they refused! I called the next day, since they were closed on Friday night when my family was eating the pizza. Since it was on Saturday, they could not do nothing for me!

This was my first time coming to Marco’s. Absolutely the best customer service I have had in a long time. Carissa was not only professional, she was very knowledgeable of the whole menu and my experience here extremely enjoyable. The pizza was amazing. I highly recommend this to be your go to place for your pizza.

Pizza is good, but customer service is horrible. I understand they’re short staffed and busy, but that’s not an excuse for employees to be rude to customers when they’re having to wait double to the normal time for an order. I ordered through Uber eats and it took almost an hour for my two subs to be delivered (I live 3 mins from location). When I called to check on my order the lady who answered was rude and said they were very busy, so I had to wait. Second time, I ordered to pick up instead, when I arrived 20 mins later, an employee said it’ll be 10 more mins. I came back and a different employee said it’ll be another 10-15 mins. When I told him to give me an accurate time so I don’t have to keep coming back, he walked away and left me talking by my self. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Work environment looks awful in there.

This pizza was so good. Fresh and sauce was amazing . We added chicken and pepperoni and with was big sizes and full of toppings. Worth every bite. Definitely going back. We finished half of it as u see on picture even before we got home. Keep up the same consistency and I’ll be there every week
