Food is always great here, and the staff are friendly and helpful.. Sometimes it takes a little longer to receive my order, then I would like.. But I honestly don’t mind, because in that extra minute or two the staff ensures that I receive everything I paid for, and everything is hot, fresh, and ready to go.. Couldn’t really ask for more than that.. Keep up the good work guys!

The first fish sandwich was cold and a rubbery texture as if it was old. I was told to bring it back and the second one was a mushy/powdered texture. The pictures are attached. I can’t explain it. My first time getting the fish sandwich and it was horrible and a waste of money. I added a chocolate chip cookie and a part of it was cold temperature and another part was really hot. Well the cookie literally crumbled into pieces when I took a small piece to taste it. I go to Arby’s all the time for cookies and I NEVER had a cookie that crumbled like this. It was in pieces. I will definitely try another Arby’s. This one was a very bad experience.

The staff and management need more training with customer service and customer experience. Please bring people from other Arby’s and train these crews. I’ve gone to this location multiple times because it’s conveniently close to my house, unfortunately every time I’ve gone it’s horrible service.. I’m now choosing to no longer go to this location.

The food was okay but it’s always really good but for some reason today it was not that good plus Arby’s always gave a military discount if you had a ID card valid military ID card but they said they stopped giving military discounts?? I don’t know why, Colonel Richard S. Britt retired US Army.

Let me just say, I will never eat at Arby’s again. I got my food home, and took two bites and realized that the entire left side was raw! If I could give them a negative star I would. I would add the picture but it’s an awful sight. Arby’s please do better before you kill someone!

I would like to give a shout out to the manager on duty this evening Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 4:40 PM. I also want to give a shout out to the drive-through employee, her name is Brandy. She accidentally forgot to ring up a few items as happy hour prices. When I showed her that she made a mistake, she did not get an attitude or upset, even though they had a big line. I also offered to pull forward to help get the line going and the manager told me not to worry about it. Which I really appreciated . Also as I was leaving I said I am so sorry for the hassle And the manager made sure to tell me it was no hassle at all. If this would’ve been McDonald’s they would’ve gave me so much attitude. So this really made my day. Thank you to the two ladies, y’all rock!
