Welcome to Buena Vista Mexican Restaurant! We are a Family- owned and operated business since 2010. Our first location was opened in Frazer, PA and has expanded in Ardmore, Wayne, Malvern and now in Exton.
Our Owner and Chef, Jorge Martinez, puts all his love in each dish that he creates. We use family recipes from Southern Michoacan, Mexico along with some of his creations. We are known for our Cream of Crab Soup, Chipotle Sauce, Mole Sauce, Guacamole and Chipotle Chicken
We are family friendly, BYOB (except Ardmore and South St) and with outdoor seating (Spring Garden and South St. coming soon!)

4/16/23 @ 1:30 – Lunch review – Only 1 server on duty however, only two other tables occupied. The restaurant is clean, tidy and decorated with Mexican painted booths and décor. We were given a lunch menu but no children’s menu available. The server said they could make up a children’s portion. I asked if they served Flautas and was told on the dinner menu & not available for a lunch portion. Once we ordered, I noticed there were no condiments on the table and no chips/salsa were served as in so many other Mexican restaurants. We ordered a kids Burrito w/fries $6.90 and Pollo Asado included lettuce, pico, rice, black beans and 3 tortillas $13.50. Again, Chips/Salsa were NOT complimentary as other restaurants.

Wow, another amazing meal so good I had to take a picture. To be fair, I didn’t know before I ate the cheesy fried, braised short rib birria tacos that they would blast my face off with deliciousness. But I was confident it would happen, and I still wasn’t prepared. Please go here and order anything, I promise it will be banging. The other pic is that of some awesome fried jalapeños, be careful with those bad boys.

This place was delicious! We happened to stumble upon this place while in the shopping center and were pleasantly surprised. The server was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was delicious! Portions were very large, definitely enough to take home for leftovers. I would recommend the vegetarian enchiladas, very tasty and flavorful.

Pleasantly surprised, fresh, just enough spice, and so much food! I got the Tinga Chimichanga, very flavorful with the slightest spice. Young male who assisted with my to go order was personable & knowledgeable. Great prices too. Although I did not dine in the dining area was clean & neat, very energetic atmosphere.

Food was kind of pricey, but that’s okay if the food is good. I haven’t tried my food yet but the beans really got me, i assumed it’d be pinto beans whole/refried but no i got black beans WTH. The guy doesn’t let me know before I spend 3 dollars on it. And the ratatouille portion of cheese they sprinkled on them really ticked me off. Good thing I’m just passing by because i wouldn’t go here again. That pizza place next to it looked good though.

We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food to be served. They should have notified us that they were short-staffed and not bothered to give us an update on when our food would be served. After thirty min of placing our order, the lady arrived and informed us that two items were unavailable. Customer service is pretty poor. The food was satisfactory but not spectacular.
