I wish I would have read reviews, first. Estimated delivery time was 25-35 min. We got our order 2 hours later. The pics speak for themselves. Everthing was completely cold. 8 pc. “boneless wings”????..more like baby chicken nuggets. Pizza looked like it had been flung around in the vehicle or worse, dropped. The apple pies looked like someone had taken a bite out of 2 of them, I dared to taste one that didnt look like it had been bitten into……DISGUSTING!! Tasted like it was sitting in the freezer throughout the whole pandemic time. Honestly, I’m not one to write bad reviews but this, I just couldn’t let go. I will NEVER, EVER order anything from this place.

Do not recommend. We have tried this location 3 times over the past 4 years. Well, three strikes and you’re out! After being updated that delivery would be an hour late, I asked they remove the delivery tip and I would come pick it up. The “manager” told me he was cancelling the order and there was no need to come because it would be in the trash. Very rude and poor customer service. Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from! I wish I would’ve read the reviews on here because I will never order again from here. I ordered a deal of two large 3 toppings or specialty pizza with cheese breadsticks and a 2 liter of root beer. This was almost 70.00. I ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza one of them was all veggies and an additional 13.00 dollars, not to mention the delivery came from door dash as opposed to Pizza Hut! One of the pizzas were fine and the one I ordered specifically with vegetable toppings, was burnt, only had mushrooms and black olives on it and the stuffed crust portion was flat. I called the store to get a refund, like I said this was almost 70.00 dollars. The general manager offered me a credit to Pizza Hut and specifically only for their store. The problems just piled on from there because I wanted a refund and refuse to use this store again. The general manager was rude and was arguing with me. He hung up on me the first time I called and refused to give his name. I am nowhere near done publicizing this store and exposing it for the nasty, ignorant people as well as it’s horrible pizza! Do your homework before you order pizza anymore, I’ve never been so embarrassed and disrespected in my life. They say the calls are recorded and I can’t wait to speak to corporate!

***SUPER FUN HAPPY UPDATE***: Had seen the “sorry for disappointing you, please email” response after others had bad service, so before this review, we contacted them… And got an “oops sorry” reply, with no offer to refund or replace – so take note, they don’t even care about the horrible service/food UNLESS YOU COMPLAIN PUBLICLY. Which is awful – nor should you accept their offer, unless you want a pizza someone might have defiled to get back at you (I really wouldn’t doubt it considering the attitudes of employees I have dealt with). Seems like several people have posted negative reviews, so several suspiciously positive ones showed up to counter – I work for a similarly large place in the area, and if you check our reviews, many positive reviews were posted by employees I personally know, so that is indeed a thing.

Last time I tried to order from this location online, I was given a reasonable delivery time. It then updated to being 2+ hours. When I realized that I had to spend 30 minutes calling the store to cancel the order. At one point I think they picked up the phone and then just immediately hung up. When I finally managed to speak to a person and cancel the order, I was told the wait was because they had no drivers. I complained publicly on Twitter and got a “We’re sorry, let us fix it” response and a coupon for a free pizza. I took it over to the location on 76th.

I won’t be ordering from here again. I should know better. The food was terrible. I tried to call and use my credit and went to a foreign lady that answered the phone she tried transferring me, and nobody answered. The food: pizza melt was over-cooked and too much grease, the mozzarella sticks weren’t done all the way and they even forgot my marinara sauce for the sticks. It just was disgusting all around.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a dinner box with two pizzas, one being pineapple and pepperoni. The pineapple was fermented it literally smells like beer. I immediately spit it out after one bite, my husband did the same. I even went as far as driving the pizza to my moms house before I returned to the store and she almost threw up. I contacted them to make them aware and the manager told me nothing was wrong with it and he would not refund me. I offered to drive 20 minutes to bring the pizza back and he told me even if I do, he will not refund me. I started my drive back to the store and decided to call again. He again, refused to provide a refund and then hung up on me. Thankfully, corporate was very helpful and passed along my complaint to higher ups and is issuing my refund. I will NEVER return to this store. So unprofessional and absolutely disgusting.

Called in order, given price, went to pick up and young man who stated he was Gm stated that was not the price, and he didn’t know why it was entered in the computer like that . I then asked why I was given that price. Then was told there was nothing he could do. He then again stated he was the gm, he started to get worked up even thought I was calm about it. Then asked if there was a number for a regional manager, he stated “I cant give that out cause the complaints will just come back to me “. I would strongly advise against using this location, I will be using our locally owned option in the future vs corporate “we don’t care , price switch” company. Pizza hut im sorry but you have changed for the worse:(
