The staff is just not into helping the customers. Look burnt out. Seems like customer service is not great anywhere over the past few years. Has gotten worse. Take note in other food places. The whole generation has a lousy attitude.

Coffee taste great but they don’t make it correctly. I don’t know how many times ive said almond milk because I am allergic to dairy and they always put dairy. I’ve had to call out work once because I got sick just from one sip not realizing they messed up. I love the place but you need to take it seriously when someone has an allergy. It even says almond milk on the sticker and they still put dairy.

This location is by my house, so I always go there but from now on I rather drive an extra mile than go back , the worst service ever , plus they always make mistakes in the orders , I ordered a strawberry colatta with whipped cream more ice than syrup and she put whipped cream with flat lid i had to go inside to correct it , when I asked her she took the lid and replaced it whit doom lid and give it to me when I told her to fix the whipped she rolled her eyes at me , plus I realized they give me a small cup but charged me for a medium, the donut is a different story the same worker made mistake three times to give me the right one and it was very hard my daughter couldn’t eat it , they hire people with no experience and leave them alone with no supervision, never go back there

This place has really gone down hill , I mean how to do you run out of cinnamon raisin bagels at 8:30 in the morning and does any of the 4 people working know how to make any ?? And still very slow service 15 minutes at the drive threw is just ridiculous !

Dunkin’ needs to support their employees. 1 person working is not fair for a location with a inside register and a drivethru. Took 10 minutes to get a coffee and watched multiple customers walk out without ordering

I am a regular customer to this store and I am normally very happy. Today not so much, after school I stopped to get several lattes; one for my child, myself and then for a work friend bc we work late nights. To my surprise i had no espresso! I ordered a med hot latte with coconut milk and a half pump of flavor but it had no espresso in it, so I asked my co-worker about hers she also had a latte but iced and with oat milk and her’s had regular milk and no espresso. I’ve been trying to call to tell someone about this issue but no one ever answers the phone. I paid $16.50 for milk. I am stuck at work till 6 am but will be going in tmr to have a nice long chat. Very unhappy over worked no espresso customers!!

I cant even believe i drank a coffee with a fly in it. This is just gross!!! This dunking donuts always has new employees and always a new manager. This is THEE WORSE DD EVER !!! Everytime i go its always something without fail. Missing food.. or slow service.. burnt wraps.. i will never ever go there again… this place should close down no one there know how to do their job.
