Do yourself a favor… skip the menu and just make your own pizza or salad. Build as you go! Vegan, plant-based sausage and cheeze available upon request. So many options that you’ll never eat the same pizza twice.

I ordered two pizzas. One one spicy one not. Got home and both were spicy so mine was totally inedible and trash. Contacted the store and nothing. No apology. Previously liked Mod in Denver but in Spokane not so much will never go to Mod again. Terrible product terrible people terrible service and terrible product. Don’t waste your money!!

Delicious and fresh pizza! MOD Pizza was easy to order and quick to make the order. It was my first time experiencing MOD Pizza and I will definitely be coming back. The cauliflower crust is truly delicious and worth the extra cost. We ordered online and downloaded the mobile app. With our first order and by creating an account, we received a free dessert. After ordering online, we were told to arrive at a specific time. We arrived and picked up right on time through the pick up window. The drive thru worker was friendly and quick to help us.

There were 4 employees when we ate dinner and they were hustling! It may have taken a while for us to place our order, but everything was done very well. Toppings were quickly but carefully placed, the pie was cooked to perfection. None of the employees were grumpy. They were all helping each other out and working like a well oiled machine! I was a little hangry when I arrived, and was a little irritated with how long it took to place my order because of all the online orders. But these 4 employees handled everything very well! So far my favorite experience at a Mod Pizza. The woman that made my pizza was great. I generally never get cheese on my pizza just for how I like it, but the first time I’ve been asked if I wanted dairy free cheese, as that may be a good reason someone asked for no cheese. Good service! Delicious pizza.

Everything we order from this mod something is wrong with our order. Have had no cheese on my pizza multiple times, long waits after ordering ahead, and missing items. Luckily, they are very apologetic and always try to make it right.

Slowest mod pizza I have ever been too at 6:30 on a Monday. We arrived at 6:30 and didn’t even place an order by 6:45 there was 1 person in the line, it took them 15 minutes to make food for one person, they completely ignored us and never once took our order or let us know of any delays, we left after 15 minutes and went to the Jersey mikes next door and had food in less than 10. Very poor experience it wasn’t even busy. No excuse for that kind of wait.
