I worked in a 100 degree dishroom no where near food and they said no fans due to it being against health code so I was surprised to see one pointing from the floor up to the food here. Dust ,hair ect.

Great people but they keep messing up the ice coffee! Barely any cream which makes it bitter and I watch them put 5 half pumps of vanilla into the cups so I’m always asking for them to take my coffees back and put more cream in them and ask if they can put 5 or 6 more pumps of vanilla into the ice coffees but explain they need to push the pump all the way down until it stops and then let it come all the way back up until it stops and then push it back down until it stops and to do that 5 times.. they roll their eyes but do accomplish it. Then the ice coffees are real good! I wish there was better training on the ice coffees or managers put up a laminated instruction sheet on how to properly make the ice coffees.. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the ice coffee

Ordered on the app at 11:02, got our receipt from the first window at 11:10, it was after 11:30 when we finally got our food. Quality of the food was terrible, we didn’t get the sauces we paid $0.10 each for, and of our 20 piece nuggets we only got 18. I understand being busy, short staffed, etc. I’ve worked in a restaurant and in retail, but this is a constant thing with this location and with McDonald’s in general lately.

This place hasn’t been the same since the pandemic. Understanding the lack of staffing a lot of the time, I try to give this place some grace. However, the phone number has been disconnected for over a year, the dining area is always closed, the orders are often wrong or missing things. Food unless it’s busy, is often cold or just warm from sitting under the warmers. The lines can last a half an hour due to the lack of ability to use the inside. Being in an incredibly busy town during the tourist season makes this particular location one we avoid at all costs.

We had just hiked at Roche-a-Cri State Park. It’s August and was a warm day. We were looking for some ice cream. Probably to no fault of the folks at McDonald’s the line was moving SUPER SLOWLY. Fun fact. The Cenex connected to the McDonalds sells small tubs of Cedar Crest ice cream at a better deal if you’re sharing.

Ok I am updating my review… this used to be the worst McDonald’s in the universe… but it seems to be under new management and staff… very fast and correct … I had an issue with my app today and although it took a bit to figure it out the staff was very helpful and this was an app issue not a restaurant service issue. I was super impressed with how long they were willing to try and figure out what was going on! I got my food and everything was delicious! The general manager had a great sense of humor and I appreciated that knowing this must have been stressful. Thank you to all the workers who tried to help us figure out what happened!

The food here is on par with any McDonald’s location. This particular location has had a past of not so great customer service, but every time I’ve been here recently I’ve noticed genuine improvement. They seem to have a much better team working there!

It’s hard to come here and get your order right. If you ask for something without condiments, you always get then anyway. If you ask for a mocha, half the time they claim they do sell coffee and hand you a vanilla. It’s like hitting a slot machine to see what food they feel like giving you. It’s always somewhat close but never quite what you wanted.
