Very disappointed the food truck was so much better they didn’t know how to make my order I knew they were not going to make it right when I heard them ask each other very confused on how to make what I had ordered and the price was ridiculous for the food we received will never go back I ordered a shaggy dog and what was supposed to be a spring roll

Hands down the best sushi in the Aldine Area. Don’t let the food truck fool you, service is always incredibly nice the few times ive visited and that factors in tremendously when I visit places. My favorite has to be the shaggy dog with its crunchiness.

Never thought I would find fire sushi in the nawfside but here I am going out of my way to write this review because it’s truly a hidden gem! I’m taken back by the variety, originality of their rolls and most of all their price!! I really liked their hot Cheetos roll and the caterpillar (a bit more fishier but not too much if you don’t mind the taste). Upgrade from that Joe V’s sushi and head over to Tex Mex sushi
